Een prachtig hotel met een mooi zwembad en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Prachtig pand met allure. Kamers netjes en ruim, inrichting beetje gedateerd maar past ook wel bij de ambiance. Een heerlijk hotel als je de drukte van de stad wilt ontlopen.

Heel erg vriendelijke staff. Een echte palace! Geweldig zwembad en de kamer is super! Ontbijt is te vergelijken met het neveau van Ritz Carlton (kwaliteit en variaties). Alleen de locatie is minder goed, nooit proberen met o.v. Te reizen. Neem gewoon een taxi die kost eigenlijk minder als je met twee personen rijdt. Lisabon zelf is een leuke stad maar geen super stad als Roma! Tip, Cristo Rei is onmisbaar om van dicht bij te bewonderen. Je moet ook de (Bull Fighting) elke Donderdag niet missen. Hotel beoordeling 95% De Stad 75% Reisen met TAP Air 90%.

Fantastic hotel
Een fantastisch hotel waar je je echt gast voelt! Geweldig vriendelijk personeel een zeer goed restaurant met een perfecte wijnkaart met een uitzonderlijke prijs kwaliteitsverhouding met name voor de betere Italiaanse wijnen , maar ook hebben ze een goede selectie lokale wijnen en geven eenheel goed advies! Alleen het zwembad is moeilijk bereikbar voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn! De eetzaal zelf mag wel een opknapbeurt hebben! Het is nogal oudbollig!

Pricy but great service
We booked a last minute to lissabon, and stayed for 6 night at this hotel. we had a room with a view of the garden / swimming pool. Very decent sized room, with incredible comfy beds! bathroom is all marmer, very nice. only minus would be that the shower is in the bath and that the water dripped of the window onto the floor, but nothing a few towels couldnt fix. service is fantastic, not only the most friendly doorman i have ever met, also the maid, the bellboys, the waiters, kitchen staff, all were very very helpful and friendly. the cocktails are to die for, and one day when i have enough cash i might try the cognac of 195 euro per glass, but not now :-) food is also extremely good, seabass was great but for vegetarians the choice is limited, but thats the case throughout portugal. all in all we really enjoyed our stay and this truly is a top5 europe hotel we look forward to return here one day

Rustige wijk maar met tram 25 om de hoek zo in het centrum!
Prima hotel, heerlijk rustig gelegen vlak bij Nederlandse Ambassade. Tram 25 stopt 2 straten verderop en brengt je snel naar het centrum. Vanuit daar is alles met Metro prima te bereiken. Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel !

This was the best hotel in Lisbon! We found Lisbon to be somewhat crowded (especially when cruise ships are in). This hotel allowed us to walk all over Lisbon and be in the best areas but out of the hustle when we return. That was amazing. This hotel had the best service and I would compare the service to a Ritz or 4 seasons. Everyone is attentive! We appreciated that! We thought the food was amazing. The bar drinks were too. Hands down I would choose this hotel again. They made our trip memorable.

Historic beauty with a classy staff to match
Although this hotel is a bit off the beaten path, the ambiance, staff and offerings were worth the stay. It's classy, spacious, tranquil and filled with so much history. We stayed only a few days, but wish we could have stayed longer. So glad we found this gem. Also, the cocktail bar is top notch, along with the indoor/outdoor pool.

Beautiful small but elegant hotel with friendly staff. We stayed in the old section of the palace which was lovely. Our room was huge and very comfortable with a view of the river. Despite other reviews we found the location to be ideal, and walked to several sites like the monastery and the Lisbon Cathedral without any issues. Ubers are also easy to get if you need one.

Olissippo was our last stay before flying home. We were so busy during our stay that this was a truly relaxing and comfortable way to end our trip. They upgraded our room to one of the ‘original’ palace rooms and it was on the top floor with a view of the river. We had dinner outside at the more casual dining room and both the service and food were delicious! We didn’t have spa treatments but did check out the spa area and it’s very relaxing and the indoor pool is really nice. The outdoor pool is surrounded by lawn area and greenery everywhere and was the perfect antidote to our busy forays around Portugal. Thanks so much for a very lovely stay!

Highest Quality Hotel!! You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The staff was incredibly kind. I arrived early and they found me a room prior to the normal check in time. I had travel issues getting to Lisbon and was upset. They showed kindness and dealt with me perfectly. We had dinner at their restaurant and the quality and presentation was superb. The hotel itself is elegant and distinguished. It is not close to the tourist area and main square of Lisbon. That is the only negative. When we walked around in the area there was not much to see.

We loved how the rooms look out over the beautiful gardens, pool and pond with resident turtles and fish. The spa area is also wonderful. I had a back and shoulder massage and the therapist was lovely. The breakfast was also delicious and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

This property is GORGEOUS! The lobby, the grounds, the dining areas, the pool area, the room...just top notch! If not the best, one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

The property is pristine. The hotel inside as well as pool and gardens are exceptionally well taken care of. Service is very nice, fast and impeccable. Very relaxing and stylish stay!
