Perfect appartement & location for a short stay in Lisboa
Communication via the Vrbo app was good and timely. When reached the appartement the keys were provided a couple of doors down the road. Very beautiful and spacious re-modeled appartement in a neighborhood that is revamped. Lot's of restaurants and bars nearby and walking distance (10 min) to Lisboa city center.

Great stay in Lisbon
The apartment was just as described and our group of four adults enjoyed it very much for three nights. We were right in the heart of things and were able to walk to many of the sights. The decorating in the apartment is very European and we were provided with all of the amenities we needed. The kitchen is very well-stocked. Communication with Rosa before our visit made check-in very easy. Ms. Lidia was there when we arrived and showed us all we needed to know to have a great stay. There is a market just a few blocks away with all we needed for our stay and 3 wonderful breakfast spots. We recommend Frade dos Mares for dinner. It may be hard to get a reservation, but well-worth it.

Do not hesitate to rent this apartment. It is everything it says that it is and the pictures depict accurately what this apartment looks like. It is absolutely beautiful! The beds were comfortable and the location perfect! Rosa was a pleasure to work with. They let us come in hours before our scheduled time. Everything about this place is a delight!

Spacious apartment with great location
The property is very spacious. The kitchen has all amenities and then some which the pictures dont show. We spent a lot of time at the apartment since we were there for 9 days. Plenty of room and privacy. The neighborhood is nice and you can take in the local area. Many family restaurants close by. Rosa communication was excellent. I highly recommend this property.

Santos is the up and coming area in Lisbon so there are many good restaurants nearby. Also, you are able to walk to the waterfront and downtown. The apartment is very cute and has everything you need to have a comfortable visit.

Spacious and Beautiful Apartment
We spent four nights here recently. Communication with the owner, Rosa was seamless and prompt, Lidia checked us in and provided many recommendations for eating and drinking in the neighborhood. The apartment is very spacious with two bedrooms and bathrooms. The second bedroom and bathroom are small, but adequate. The main bedroom and bath are especially nice. The kitchen has everything you could possible need for an extended stay. Dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board were welcome amenities. There’s a grocery store a short walk away. A small, but well-stocked wine shop is also nearby. We really enjoyed breakfast every morning at Dear Breakfast where the staff treated us like family. The apartment is charming with comfortable furniture and tasteful decoration. Both Lidia and Rosa were very prompt and helpful when we made inquiries during our stay. The only downside is the construction (I think a new metro station?) a couple of hundred meters away. There is also construction across the street—renovation of a typical apartment building. But, this neighborhood looks like it is in the process of “gentrification” and the construction was a minor inconvenience. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Lisbon.

Awesome Apartment!
Rosa, the owner communicated with us promptly and effectively. The apartment was large, kitchen was fully equipped and clean and was beautifully furnished. Lidia who let us in and explained things was also friendly and easy to discuss things with. She took a couple of messages from us during the stay about where to go and see things etc. She messaged us back and gave us all the info we needed. Die Wohnung vermittelt ein sehr großzügiges Raumgefühl und das Licht durch die Fenster im Wohnzimmer ist sowohl tags wie nachts wunderschön. Alle Möbelstücke sind sorgfältig ausgesuchte teils antike Unikate und die Dekoration ist sehr geschmackvoll. In der Küche befindet sich alles, was man nur irgendwie brauchen könnte. Der Aufenthalt macht einem klar, dass die Wohnung eindeutig kein reines finanzielles Investment ist, sondern eine Herzensangelegenheit der Vermieterin. Wir haben uns mehr als willkommen gefühlt. Apartment is quite large with plenty of space to stretch out. It is very clean and very well decorated. It lacked a few basic necessities. Soap in the showers & coffee filters and coffee are always nice to have as a basic necessity.

Beautiful apartment in a nice neighbourhood, high ceilings and natural light make the space so inviting. Spotlessly clean, exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated, floors were a standout. Large windows looking into street were beautiful and helped let air flow in living room area and small portable fan in apt that we used in bedroom. Check in was easy, great communication, loved our time there !

Spacious apartment a few steps from everything
The apartment was just as listed. We were 4 adults and found it to be spacious and clean. I believe this apartment can sleep in fact 6 as there seemed to be 2 additional single futons in the living room. There is also a lot of attention given to the decor with some unique pieces that added warmth to the apartment. There is a large kitchen and an additional dining room a larger family can really take advantage of. The communication before, during and as we left was very good. Lidia met us for check and was responsive if we had any questions. It is also fairly close to all the major locations in Lisbon with several breakfast places and many restaurants nearby. We pretty much walked everywhere, taking transportation only when we headed a bit further out to Belem or Sintra. Great stay!

This is a great apartment with a wonderful relaxing lay out. The kitchen is fantastic, as are the neighborhood dining spots. We had lovely walks and excellent Uber service from here. We loved the location and neighborhood. And communication with the hosts and check-in went very well. Just loved our stay and the only draw back was having to leave!

Lovely apartment in great location
We enjoyed a super week in Lisbon from this superb and stylish apartment. Spotlessly clean and well appointed, we had everything we needed. The apartment was lovely and cool with big windows you can open to let in fresh air. There are many great restaurants within a short walk from the apartment, and all the main Lisbon tourist destinations are within easy walk (of you don’t mind a hill or two!).

Cute flat
There is a strong mildew type odor will welcome you when you first open the apartment door . Place is very nicely decorated . The main bedroom mattress is very firm . Very close to down town area with tons of small cafe’s near the apartment . She has tons of flyers and information about Lisbon put on the living room shelves that was very helpful . Only draw back was the flat smell that we thought coming from washing machine door plastic mildew .

Great location and Super customer service
We had a great stay at this well appointed and located apartment. Very close to the trains, and just down the road from a coffee shop, pharmacy, and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed the coolest of the evening temperatures and were able to open the windows on the second floor. Appreciate the help from the host on the pre-arrival jitters of a new area and her thoughtfulness around making sure the rooms were configured in a way that would suit our family the best.

Beau séjour dans un très bel appartement
Grand appartement confortable - 2 grandes chambres, 2 salles de bain, une grande cuisine bien équipée - et très bien situé ( à 10 minutes à pied du Time Out market). Petit marché à proximité, de même que cafés et restos. Propriétaire charmante et très accommodante. Seul bémol : rue un peu bruyante en raison de la construction et d’un garage situé juste à côté.

A week in Lisbon
Large apt, with plenty of private space. Very little natural light. Tiny second bathroom. Washing machine in apt ( not evident in on line advert - relieved it was there!). The whole experience would have been easier if: 1. There was a manual with all necessary info - we can’t read Portuguese so instructions re use of washing machine and stove would have been helpful. We had to call manager with several questions eg. where do we dispose of garbage. All could have been explained by having an information booklet. 2. The manager could have been more accessible ( took a long time to answer questions sent by text) Unfortunately there was construction in progress across the street so all day use of a generator was beyond noisy. I recognize this couldn’t be predicted by owner. It was a very hilly street, but I guess to be expected in Lisbon. It was challenging terrain for those of us with some mobility issues. There was also a significant odor evident in the apt. Not sure of the source.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here. The high ceilings and beautiful windows are amazing. The walkability of the neighborhood was fantastic and we were able to explore so many wonderful cafés and restaurants on the foot. Enjoyable Stay
The flat is comfortable, spacious and well set up with linens, kitchen equipment, etc. - even yoga mats. The location is both convenient and lively, but not too noisy. The living room and dining rooms are full of light, the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms are dark. The host and the person who let us in are both wonderfully supportive and friendly. There are two things to be cautious about: the wifi is slow and does not reach the back rooms. Secondly, the building is old and there is a narrow space between this building and the next, so there is a stale smell in some of the rooms - pretty typical of older buildings there. Overall we can heartily recommend this flat and the hosts.

Fabulous apartment
A warm welcome from Lidia to this beautiful period apartment situated just 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre. It is furnished with flair and a lot of thought for the needs of guests. It was very clean and fresh and any queries with Lidia were dealt with very quickly. Prior to our arrival, the owner Rosa was helpful and easy to make contact with. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend to family or friends visiting Lisbon.

We couldn’t have asked for better communication both before and during our stay that was so warm and welcoming and informative. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Markets, restaurants, cafes and the metro were all within walking distance. I highly recommend it!

Absolut empfehlenswert
Sehr saubere, charmante Wohnung in praktischer Gehdistanz zur Altstadt. Sie ist ruhig gelegen. Das Ein- und Auschecken wird hervorragend durch Lidia, eine Nachbarin, gemanagt. Sie hat uns auch gegen 22 Uhr freundlich empfangen. Uns hat das Platzangebot positiv überrascht - Wohn und Esszimmer sind grosszügig bemessen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, gewisse Basics wie Salz, Zucker, Olivenöl, Tee etc. ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat mit der Beschreibung übereingestimmt - was versprochen wurde, ist auch eingehalten worden. Unsere 4 Tage Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen - mehr Zeit wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Lissabon und Umgebung (Evora, Sintra, Belem....) haben so viel zu bieten.

Easy to get around from apartment. Many restaurants and grocery stores within easy walk. Parking is a challenge on the narrow streets. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffe pot, toaster, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher! Bonus with washing machine. Leave time for air drying clothes. Main bedroom with adjoining WC is spacious. Second bedroom smaller with small bathroom across foyer. Love the windows allowing air flow. Easily accessible to bus and trolley. No problem for Uber to find. Rapid response from host before, during and after renting.

Spacious, well equipped and good location
This apartment worked out very well for us, it has plenty of space to stretch out and a well equipped kitchen. It was more than enough space for two people. We really liked the neighborhood which was not in the heart of the tourist area, (but any easy walk by Lisbon standards). It is still a bustling area and plenty of interesting things to explore. The neighborhood has everything you need: a good small market, multiple wine bars, several good places for breakfast and lunch and plenty of dinner spots. We would certainly recommend Rosa's apartment to friends and and consider staying there again for future visits.

Very clean, spacious space in an area with an upbeat local vibe. Eating and drinking establishments within short walking distance; we used this as our base stay for visiting Sintra and Fatima. Check in/out seamless with Ms. Lydia two doors away. Would definitely recommend.
