The Homing check in office and location of the apartment are some distance away so you will need a taxi. The apartment is located in a busy tourist area and a little hard to locate where the entrance to the building is. It is through a shop and we had to ask several folks before finding it, Suggestion-Homing should have a written instruction sheet on how to reach the apt as there are 3 doors you need to go through as well a 4 flights of creaking stairs, there is no elevator. The apt was vert nice, bright, comfortable, clean and spacious. It had a nice clean common kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Since it is in the midst of the tourist area near the Elevator, it is always bustling with street music, noise, traffic but once fortunately it had sound proof doors and windows that once shut made it quiet. We had a great experience staying in the midst of it all - very unexpected...took some getting used to at first. Only issue we had was with the locks on the door that wouldn't open and at one time we had to call to have someone from Homing to come to check it as we were locked out and could not get in. Also I could not connect to the wi-fi access provided, thankfully we had our own internet access. We were pleased the area was accessible to getting around, with lots of transport options as well as Uber which is what we used to and from the airport. Also it is walking distance to almost everything so it is a very good location for a first time in Lisbon. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
