Logement parfaitement situé, très bonne literie, tres bonne wifi. Points négatifs : attente pendant 2h de récupérer les clefs apres notre enregistrement à l agence. La personne devait arriver dans les 20 minutes... difficultés a avoir l agence au tel. Aucun effort de communication Menage en cours a notre arrivée Cuisine partagée mal spécifiée dans l annonce Pas de couvert, ustensile...pas de table pour les repas Restes dans le frigo des anciens vacanciers L entrée de l appartement se fait par un tout petit magasin. Pas de séparation chambre/salon.

Property was a good price and in a brilliant although noisy location, bed was comfy and own bathroom, these are the only plus points!!! Checkin was pretty straight forward, although no where near to the actual property. At checkin there was absolulty mention about having to access the property through a hat shop, which was very confusing. The shared kitchen was barely equipped with utensils enought to boil ome pasta at best nd the bin was never emptied, despite there being cleaners in attendance at least once. I know this because they wrongly accused me of over staying my booking. Bedroom had pretty everything you wouod need including an iron which made me laugh as when you consider how poorly the kitchen is equipped. In general the whole place could do with a deep clean and modernisation OH and a fumeageater as it is also infested with cockroaches.

The place is great, closed to everything, great restaurants, shops and more. The view from the Room its amazing, you can see Santa Justa lift from the terrace. What I didn't really like is that to check-in you have to go to a different location, far from the staying location also I didn't have hot water and the TV wasn't working either. When I left I sent a text and I never got an answer. Other than that the place was beautiful.

Do not stay here!!
Overall, our stay was terrible!! Do not book with this company, the suite was on the 5th level of an apartment building with no elevator and two separate suites with a shared common area which should have been advertised. As three young women, we felt unsafe staying with strangers and had no idea until we were in the apartment!! To make matters worse none of the outlets worked, there was no power and while advertised as up to 4 people we could barely fit 3. When we tried to contact the company we were repeatedly hung up on and ignored. It was incredibly unsafe and a terrible experience due to a lack of accurate advertising and nonexistent customer service

숙소는 이뻐요
숙소는 너무 이쁘고 방도 2개에 크고 좋았으나 청소비를 30유로 별도로 받고 체크인 장소도 멀리있어서 택시비를 2배로 썼네요 숙소 위치는 좋은데 꼭대기 층 (4층)에 엘리베이터도 없고 숙소에 들어가서도 또 한층을 올라가야되서 캐리어 들고 올라가다가 죽을뻔했습니다...

€30 extra de tarifa de limpieza, buena ubicación
Lo realmente malo de este lugar es que cuando haces el check in te cobran una tarifa de limpieza de la cual nunca te avisan antes, de €30, mas los impuestos de no sé qué terminan siendo como 40. Como solo te dan las llaves, no te explican prácticamente nadA y tú entras solo, es difícil encontrarlo al principio. Es detrás de una tienda de sombreros un 5to piso por escalera. La habitación esta dentro de todo bien, pero no van a limpiar ni nada durante tu estancia, hay una cocina compartida que está bien también. La ubicación es fantástica. Todo estaría bien si no fuera por el $extra que te cobran, probablemente contando ese dinero puedes conseguir algo mucho mejor

Nice apartment but inaccurate description
Great location in the middle of everything. Get a viva card and you have access to transportation all over the city. Many things within 10-15 minute walk. The apartment has a shared kitchen and is on the 5th floor as the consider the ground floor 0. These things were not mentioned in the hotels listing when booking the unit. The keys must be picked up at a separate location which was inconvenient and not very close to the apartment. The entrance to the apartment is through a storefront that was not mentioned when picking up the keys and would have helped find the location much faster. Overall a cool quirky location but not accurately described.

Good location poor communication
Great area and nice unit. Shared kitchen which was not clear at booking and pick up of keys at separate location which is inconvenient. The entrance to the apartment is through a store front and was not mentioned when picking up the keys. It was a quirk that I though was fun but would have made finding the location easier if we were told ahead of time.

Stay in Lisbon
The Homing check in office and location of the apartment are some distance away so you will need a taxi.The apartment is located in a busy tourist area and a little hard to locate where the entrance to the building is. It is through a shop and we had to ask several folks before finding it, Suggestion-Homing should have a written instruction sheet on how to reach the apt as there are 3 doors you need to go through as well a 4 flights of creaking stairs, there is no elevator. The apt was vert nice, bright, comfortable, clean and spacious. It had a nice clean common kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Since it is in the midst of the tourist area near the Elevator, it is always bustling with street music, noise, traffic but once fortunately it had sound proof doors and windows that once shut made it quiet. We had a great experience staying in the midst of it all - very unexpected...took some getting used to at first. Only issue we had was with the locks on the door that wouldn't open and at one time we had to call to have someone from Homing to come to check it as we were locked out and could not get in. Also I could not connect to the wi-fi access provided, thankfully we had our own internet access. We were pleased the area was accessible to getting around, with lots of transport options as well as Uber which is what we used to and from the airport. Also it is walking distance to almost everything so it is a very good location for a first time in Lisbon. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

STAY AWAY DO NOT BOOK
Firstly I contacted them a two days before to check if I could check in earlier as my flight arrived at 7:30am, they advised me they could keep my luggage for me at the property, got to the property at around 9am no such thing as a bag check in or a reception , thank goodness for Bag BNB, I was then told that someone would meet me at 3 pm, no such thing eventually an hour later somebody showed up to give me the keys after I paid a cleaning deposit. went to the kitchen and there was filthy used cutlery put back in the cupboards and general appearance of the apartment and kitchen was dirty and needed a good clean. Not once over the 4 days did the cleaning staff show up to clean the kitchen or apartment no fresh toweling was given and I found dirty towels in the apartment cupboards. OveralI would suggest rather find somewhere else to stay as this place was just not what they advertised and was dirty and needed a good scrub.

Tolle Lage, leichte Mängel
Die Lage des Hauses fast direkt neben dem Santa Justa Aufzug ist perfekt. Dass das Haus über keinen Aufzug verfügt und das Appartement im 5. Stock liegt, kam bei der Buchung nicht so direkt rüber. Das Appartement selbst sehr im Ikea-Stil eingerichtet, alles recht neu und (noch) gut erhalten. Auf den ersten Blick sauber, auf den zweiten doch sehr staubig. Kühlschränke jedoch top hygienisch, sehen sehr neu aus. Küche ganz gut ausgestattet, ein paar mehr Messer wären gut.

Appartamento che contrariamente alle aspettative ha una cucina condivisa (mi aspettavo che fosse esclusiva) senza tavolo. L'appartamento da me utilizzato è al quarto piano + un'ulteriore rampa di scale il tutto senza ascensore : x questo lo sconsiglio a chi ha bambini piccoli o problemi motori. Il vantaggio è che la notte è silenzioso e lontano dai rumori della strada. La posizione è ottimale per visitare la città : gran parte delle mete è raggiungibile a piedi anche per camminatori non eccezionali

Mauvaise gestion des clés, ils vous font traverser la ville pour les récupérer et les ramèner. Rajoute plus de 30€ de frais, alors que les location hôtels.com sont sans frais ! Manque une vitre sur la porte d'une chambre, sympa pour l'intimité. Obligé d'acheter du papier toilette. Très loin d'être le séjour idéal, heureusement que l'appartement est bien placé...

Нам отель понравился. Несмотря на поздний наш заезд руководствр отеля очень беспокоилось и неоднократно звонило уточняло время заезда. Все было организовано отлично. Отель прекрасно расположен.

STAY AWAY
They made us wait outside in the extreme heat for 2 hours befor they came to give us our keys! The shower would not drain! The “plumbers” who came to fix the drain had no tools! COMPLETE RIP OFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! STAY AWAY! Only booked here because nothing else was available during our dates. Would not recommend this place to my enemy.

Apartment not responsive at all to guest complaint - need to set up the bed myself , and only a blood stained pillow is provided , no blanket Kept chasing Apartment for blanket, and still didn’t get it when we checkout out Hard to find - Flat is shared kitchen instead of private as advertised . Flat on 5th floor, no lift, no clear sign on which floor is which and no flat number along the staircase
