Mooie accommodatie, we hadden zeezicht geboekt, maar de zee was wel erg ver weg. Leker ontbijt met veel keus. Zwembad is gevuld met zout water. De Spa er bij es erg lekker, met stoombad en sauna.

En goed en leuk hotel aan de kust.
Een goed hotel, mooie en ruime kamer, uitstekende service, schoon, goed eten en mooi gelegen. Uitstekende locatie voor bezoek aan bijvoorbeeld Lissabon en omgeving.

Nice grounds and great ocean view
Location at the sea, just outside Cascais on the way to Guincho beach. Terracotta coloured hotel with nice green garden and great facilities such as swimming pool area with sea view, restaurant with sea view, lounge with piano (we had tea after dinner), bicycle rental, parking space and a spa and indoor pool. Use of lovely brands such as Molton Brown bath products and Dammann tea. Very helpful staff at the reception and at breakfast. Thanks for helping to adjust our bicycle, print out our boarding passes, fix a light in the bath room, carry our suitcases etc. Special thanks to gentleman at breakfast/lunch who spoke French, English, Portuguese. Everybody made us feel at home. We will come back, thank you.

Nice Hotel close to Cascais and beaches
It is a nice hotel with a helpful and friendly staff. We had a nice room with sea view. The swimming pool is relaxing; the guests are not reserving beds before really using. That is very nice! Breakfast is good.

Kamer met "gardenview" gaf uitzicht op een grindpad, dat leidde naar de parkeerplaats van het personeel en bestemd was voor leveranciers met daar pal achter een zeer hoge muur van beton met wat groen plastic versierd(?) . Kortom: Uitzicht bestond uit terrasje van 1,5 m grindpad van ca 3 m en vervolgens muur. Er lagen 4 a 5 kamers aan deze "garden". Bij navraag bleek gelukkig een andere kamer beschikbaar. De gehuurde fietsen waren kapot (rem en/of versnelling). De koffie bij het ontbijt was verschrikkelijk (doorgekookt).

Absolutely beautiful property and grounds a short 10 min drive from the downtown Cascais and excellent restaurants. We loved our spacious premium room overlooking the ocean. The bathroom was very large and luxurious. The carpet, which was old and stained, was the only major negative but apparently other rooms have new flooring. A room this calibre deserved cotton sheets, not poly, but we got by. The balcony was very large with two loungers and a table with two chairs, and with a stunning view of the ocean. The patio doors were new and easy to use. Breakfast was included and surpassed my expectations with traditional eggs, bacon as well as meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, cereals, yogurt, fruit (the best oranges!), champagne and juices and cappuccino. Lunch was not included but we ordered a club sandwich and it was delicious. We used the indoor and outdoor pools, steam and sauna, bucket shower and loved them all. But one of the nicest things about this hotel was the top notch staff. They were very professional, informative and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Spent New Years eve through January 6th at this hotel. Overall great experience. We wanted something quiet and close to Sintra. Here are my issues: 1st and 2nd day great...everything perfect 3rd day, they opened breakfast at 7:40 am instead of 7:30 and we run by the minutes and our itinerary got altered. 5th and 6th day no buffet so they brought us food to the table....thank you but it was too much food. Today was the last day and also no buffet and we ordered eggs and took 15 minutes to make eggs??!!! really? The room was clean but with the rain there was dripping on the AC unit outside and didn't let us sleep well. Customer series amazing!! Thank you Rita and Miguel...you were very nice and helpful. Overall, the property is nice and I want to give a 4 star rating (almost 5). We loved the location and the rooms are clean

Lovely hotel with an excellent view across the sea (ask for a front-facing room). If only the weather had been better, we'd have made better use of the balcony and outdoor swimming pool; as it was, the indoor pool and gymn were a good consolation prize.

A little disappointed.
Not sure if it was time of year and a long summer for the staff but the fact that this hotel is a 5* boutique hotel it was overall disappointing. There was not that attentive service that you would expect from s rated hotel as this, we felt the place was a little tired in not only staff but decor and buildings. On the plus we had a very comfortable bed and good size room. It was quiet and the hotel has easy access to Cascais (around a 40 minute walk and there are bike rentals available) The spa facilities are pretty average but clean. The cost vs experience we would choose other options in future - sorry to say but just disappointed.

Lovely hotel and setting but not to 5 star standard. Beautiful landscaping but rooms are dated. Carpet was old and dirty and no wifi in our room (703). Location requires a car/taking taxi as a long walk into Cascais and no dining at hotel in the evening. Nice pool area and buffet breakfast choice was good.

Ända som saknades var vattenkokaren.
Fantastiskt läge med en vacker frukostrestaurang och underbar frukost. Fina fräscha rum där allt fanns förutom en vattenkokare. Härlig poolarea och sist men inte minst- mycket trevlig och beredvillig personal.

Nice hotel, but the rooms are quite small, no elevator to the first floor, but nice spa. Was there for business for two nights. The spa area is nice with a hammam, a sauna and an indoor pool aswell as an outdoor pool. Breakfast was quite good. Scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, salmon, cheeses, breads, fruit juices. etc. Staff was friendly, location a bit outside of Cascais, so we Uber'd a lot, which works very well. On average it took about 2 min for an Uber to arrive and cost about € 4.- per ride to Cascais.

Just ok; prices too high
The location was great to beaches and restaurants. The place is visually appealing. However, the insulation for sound is poor and you can hear everything outside. Additionally, the walls are paper thin and you can hear peoples conversation from the next room. Our neighbor was obnoxious and would yell even louder when we complained to hotel staff. The looks are deceiving as you may not get the rest and peace expected from this type of hotel.

Nos hospedamos por 4 noites e já na primeira ar condicionado não estava funcionando, ninguém para levar as malas para o quarto (acesso apenas por escadas), durante nossa estadia recebemos apenas dois sabonetes em barra, nosso banheiro tinha um cheiro MUITO forte de fossa (tínhamos q colocar toalhas molhadas no ralo da banheira para o cheiro não subir), hotel DEFINITIVAMENTE não é 5 estrelas (no máximo 2/3) mas o Staff tentou o tempo todo amenizar todos os problemas hotel (todos queridos)!! Não é um bom hotel

Hotel non degno di 5, e neppure di 3, stelle. Posizione scomoda, struttura in cattive condizioni, ristorante scadente, camere molto rumorose (porte e muri come se non esistessero). Ma la cosa peggiore è il servizio, distratto e mediocre. È la prima volta che mi capita di essere svegliato dopo mezzanotte dal manager serale che parla a voce tonante al suo sottoposto e che, dopo che ho chiesto se per favore può ridurre Il volume, mi risponde malamente che se ne sta andando e poi continua allo stesso volume per un’altra mezz’ora…
