I unfortunately booked this hostel for far too long. It could be fine for a 1 or 2 night stay, as long as all you need is a bed to sleep in, but longer than that it gets really uncomfortable. There arn't enough lockers in the room for the amount of beds, so when I first arrived I had to hide all my things under the bed and wait for someone to leave before I could safely store my belongings. The showers offer little privacy, lots of gnats in the stalls, and rarely hot water (only if no one else is showering). I somehow always felt less clean after the shower... There's very little counter space in any of the bathrooms and only one outlet in each, but if the hostel isn't busy it's not so bad. On the positive side, the staff is really friendly!

일단 침대에 개인 커튼이 없어서 조금 불편했습니다. 시트는 퇴실하고나면 갈아주긴 하는 것 같은데 제가 사용한 시트는 머리쪽에 빨간 양념? 같은게 안지워져 있어서 조금... 그래도 그냥 베개로 덮어서 안보이게 사용했어요. 샤워실이 습한건지 통풍이 안되는건지 꿉꿉한 냄새가 나서 씻을때 좀 찝찝했습니다. 물은 잘 나왔는데 세면대 물이 잘 안빠져서 그것도 불편했어요. 서비스는 괜찮았습니다. 새벽인데도 친절하게 체크아웃 도와주시고 짐 진짜 무거웠는데 일층까지 들어주셨어요. 짐 무거우신 분들은 예약하실때 진지하게 고민해보세요 거의 4층 건물을 혼자 들고 올라가야해요ㅠㅠ 위치는 카몽이스 광장 바로 앞이어서 트램 타기도 괜찮았고 주변 관광지같은 것도 접근성이 괜찮았습니다! 한번 이용하는 것 정도는 괜찮을 것 같은데 두번은 글쎄요....

Parfait. Très bien situé, tout est à proximité. Le lieu a du charme, les dortoirs sont spatieux, les parties communes propres. Un service *****. Je recommande.

Location is good but shower room smells bad
The location is good, where people don’t have to pull luggage on the steep road. The shower room smells bad...., but it knew more about my roommates for discussing this issue... The price is a little high with its equipment and cleanness

Amei!
A estadia foi ótima, muito bem localizado, pessoal muito atencioso! Tenho apenas duas observações, que paramos ao atrapalharam em nada a experiência! O hostel fica no último andar de um prédio antigo em chiado, o que significa que não tem elevador, por isso são três andares de escada com as malas, e por ser um bairro boêmio não é muito silencioso, principalmente no final de semana! Mas está bem próximo à ótimos restaurantes e bares!

Idéalement situé dans Lisbonne
Belle auberge de jeunesse située dans le quartier le plus central de Lisbonne. On peut tout visiter à pied au départ de l'auberge. Les gares de Rossio pour aller à Sintra et de Cais do Sodre pour aller à Caicais ou Belem sont à proximité. L'auberge est sur le chemin du tram 28. Le gérant est très sympa et à l'écoute.

Boa opção de hospedagem em Lisboa
Tive um problema com a reserva (meu quarto era para ser o feminino de 4 camas, mas se transformou no misto de 10 camas). O hostel zela pelo silêncio no horário noturno e todos os hóspedes foram educados, então, não tive problema para dormir. Tudo, ok. O preço foi ajustado para a nova situação. A equipe é muito gentil e atenciosa (recebi ajuda para subir com a bagagem tanto na chegada quanto na saída), o hostel é limpo, confortável e bem localizado. Fui muito bem tratada. Recomendo.

Bekvämt och centralt
Enkelt hostel som har alla nödvändigheter plus det lilla extra. Stort plus för placeringen, precis intill Barrio Alto och med gångavstånd till det allra mesta. Man kan låna skate- och longboards att åka runt i staden med. Separata toaletter för kvinnor och män, däremot gemensamt duschutrymme med olika bås. Vissa förvaringslådor var dock trasiga så man fick kämpa med att låsa in sina saker, vilket var störande för resterande gäster i rummet.

Nice Hostel, great location
My stay at Surf in Chiado Hostel was great. The Hostel was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. Antonio was very helpful and informative about the city and surrounding area. One thing to note; the streets can be quite noisy at night, if you are a light sleeper you should consider ear plugs.

Hostel agradável
Muito bacana o hostel, peguei um quarto no qual dividi com mais de 10 pessoas e não houve nenhum problema. Além de ser muito acolhedor, os funcionários me deram várias dicas de como chegar nos pontos turísticos e inclusive fizeram um roteiro para a minha visitação. Recomendo. :D

Lovely hostel
The young guy that owns as well as the people that work for him are lovely, super friendly and go out of their way to help... Raquel is a sweetheart.. The bed was super comfortable. Nice living area and fully functional kitchen. I loved the view from their balcony. The location is unbeatable. Would definitely stay there next time im in Lisbon

Excelente. El lugar muy cómodo y limpio, si bien no hay desayuno formalmente hay siempre fruta y café que para mí fue más que suficiente. El personal muy amable, servicial y atento. Un ambiente muy agradable. Super recomendable! Definitivamente volveré cuando anda nuevamente por Lisboa
