We hebben 5 heerlijke dagen gehad in Lissabon. Na een drukke , vermoeiende dag kwamen we steeds in en schone lamer terug. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker de Braziliaanse receptioniste! Bedankt nogmaals

Vriendelijk personeel, prima ontbijt en een goede ligging Zijn wel Kleine kamers maar prima bedden. Ik mis wel de stopcontacten naast je bed. Daar was er geen enkele en de klus was erg klei, wen Ipad of een 13 inch laptop past er niet in.

Fijn hotel op loopafstand van het centrum en de Taag. Klein nadeel is de geur dispenser bij de receptie, die geeft een te sterke zoete lucht af. Slaat op je adem.. Verder meer dan prima hotel!

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar
Dankzij Covid verbleven we niet in Teirreiro do Paco, maar werden we “without any additional cost” verplaatst naar zusterhotel Av Liberdade. Ook 4* op papier, maar daar was alles mee gezegd. Gedateerd, oubollig en toe aan een make-over. Parkeren kon voor €25/nacht. Bij de receptie vergaten ze te melden dat je pal voor het hotel de hele nacht gratis kon parkeren. Daarnaast ligt dit hotel circa 30min lopen van het centrum (metro stopt wel voor de deur). Helaas zijn twee berichten van ons aan Terreiro do Paco genegeerd en nooit beantwoord. Dat was de eerste en de laatste keer TURIM voor ons. O ja, Nescafé in een 4*-hotel? Seriously?

Ruime kamer, moderne inrichting. Locatie is top! Vlakbij de Praça do Comércio, waar ook een metro halte is. Alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden zijn niet ver gelegen.

Net en schoon, maar veel te klein
Goede locatie, vlakbij metro en hotspots. Personeel was net, maar zakelijk. De kamer zag er luxe en schoon uit, maar was veel te klein.. “double executive” is gewoon een te compacte standaard kamer. Alles was wel echt schoon en proper. Ontbijt stelde teleur. Weinig keuze en koffie uit een thermosfles. Je kunt beter in een van de vele pastelarias in de buurt ontbijten.

mooi schoon hotel. Personeel zeer beleefd en behulpzaam. Bij Check-in loopt er iemand mee naar de kamer en legt alles uit. Hotel ligt centraal, 2 straten verderop zit je al in de stad. Dicht gelegen bij een metro station. Niet de grootste kamers maar leuke inrichting. Ik weet al welke hotel ik weer boek als ik terug kom!

Leuk hotel, perfecte locatie, wel knus
Erg leuk hotel met zeer vriendelijke personeel. Op 2 minuten lopen van Terreiro do Paço en tram en buslijnen. De perfecte locatie om de stad te bezichtigen en 's avonds te genieten van de Portugese quisine. Enig minpunt; de kamers zijn knus met tussen douche/toilet en slaapkamer slechts een glazen wand. Leuk voor als je je ega op het toilet wil zien zitten ;)
Beroemde lift op 5 minuten lopen
Vanaf het plein met een tuktuk naar het hoogste punt van de stad
Lijn 28, de touristische tramlijn

What a great place to stay. Excellent service by all staff members & location was great as you could get to lots of the touristy places without having to endure the steep streets on the way back to the hotel. Room was excellent and included all toiletries needed and unlike the majority of the hotels we stayed in in Lisbon, the TV actually worked. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed 3 nights in a “Superior Double Room” This is an overall GOOD property IF you temper your expectations!!! Given that this is located in a busy city in Europe, the room will be small. You are certainly paying for location over comfort and amenities. The good: safe area, convenient access to everything you need and the tourist areas, overall clean and comfortable. A nice touch was a radio system with speakers in the wall/ceiling. The reason that we rate 4/5: The room is very small. No real place to store luggage for 2 people. And we only had 2 smaller roller bags and 2 backpacks. This was bothersome because some of the space was taken up by a fridge, which is a nice amenity usually, but this fridge is only for selling the customer convenience items. Only 1 easily used electrical outlet available. The biggest complaint as a couple: the glass walled bathroom. Sure, there was some frost on the windows, but there were gaps between the glass panes… Nothing screams romance on a couples trip like enjoying the sounds and scents of your significant other on the toilet. Also, there is very little room in the shower and no real usable space for toiletries on the sink countertops. TL;DR: good hotel if you do not mind having minimal toilet privacy.

Room 414, AC and TV did not work in all our staying, Shower door broke down last day. 1st day No Phone, We spend 4 nights swetting (I ended up with migraines), I requested to be changed to another room, I was told hotel was full no room was available, I was told technician will come to check AC and TV right on the 2nd day. We've just returned from a stay at this hotel location is brilliant, we booked room only but had breakfast in the hotel just one morning which was average, the room was clean a bit dark. Reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful I would certainly recommend this hotel.
