個室に宿泊したが、ベッドのサイズが大きく非常に快適に過ごせた。朝食付きなのが意外と助かる。(コーンフレークとパン、コーヒー) ホステルのエントランスと個室の鍵の扱いに少し手間取るかもしれない。シャワーの水圧が弱いので気になる人には少しストレスかもしれない。

Bom dia Emerson. Estranho muito a sua avaliação, uma vez que ao contrário do que nos transcreveu nos mails trocados, em que dizia chegar às 22h para o check-in, ficamos à sua espera e nem apareceu no hostel, nem telefonou ou enviou qualquer mail, dando conta da sua ausência. Deste modo, não compreendo, de todo, a sua avaliação, uma vez que nem sequer conhece o hostel. Lamentamos este tipo de postura e acreditamos que deverá ter sido um equívoco seu, aguardando que faça a devida correção. Gratos.

+ Good things are the location, the cheapness and the girl's kindness who works during the weekends. - Small rooms, extremely small lockers with insufficient amount. - I booked with non-refund option, but still clearly indicated with "free breakfast". Although it is written "free breakfast", it wasn't given to me because how dare I can expect breakfast if I pay low amount. I am sorry but this is not my problem, you shouldn't write free breakfast or let hotels.com write it. I had to accept this situation and the owner's disrespectful attitude at the end only because I had no other option. Very arrogant and stingy owner. She should learn about customer satisfaction and how to speak properly with her customers. No breakfast might be acceptable for the price but this attitude is definitely not. The worst hostel owner/manager I've ever met. A final suggestion to her, it is not nice to say "This is my hostel and I know the prices and possibilities." even if you would be right!

I was not wrong with you and I always respect all my guests, as you can see when I returned to the hostel on Monday, I was nice and polite to you, just as I am always with everyone. I am so resentful of this assessment, since you didn't say anything to me personally, when you saw me at the hostel, after we had talked on the phone. It turns out that Berke paid the breakfast fee and then wanted us to return it, this in the presence of the girl who was here at the weekend, who ended up not being able to resolve the situation with you, since Berke was very upset and restless, she was also disturbed by the situation, and therefore it was necessary to call me several times about the breakfast subject, something so simple. Since it is very clear on the platforms to which we are connected that breakfast is included in the standard rates, guests must be careful to see all the information in detail before choosing the type of rate they will want for their reservation. I'm sorry, but I just gave you all the detailed information and explained that the rules are described on the platforms and that guests have to comply with them and not the other way around because Berke was trying to impose his will. 어떤 도시에도 건물이 있습니다. 리스본은 포르투갈의 수도이기 때문에이 숙박 시설은 우리 주변에 더 많은 건물이 있기 때문에 정상입니다. 그가 아무 것도 모르는 도시를 방문한 것처럼 보이기 때문에, 리스본은 세븐 힐즈 (Seven Hills)의 도시라고 불리기 때문에 방문하기 전에 물어보아야합니다. 고마워.

Boa tarde. Tal como lhe expliquei, temos muitas reservas para várias camas, ou seja, várias pessoas, mas no nome de uma só pessoa. Logo, devemos cobrar por cada cama que reservam connosco. É assim, em qualquer parte que reserve. Ainda assim, apenas lhe cobramos uma cama, deixando de vender a outra e sem qualquer tipo de taxa, como deveríamos ter feito. Muito obrigada. Minha decpção começou quando eu estava no aeroporto e a proprietária Margarida me enviou um e-mail dizendo que a minha reserva era apenas para passar na emigração, sendo que eu estava atrasado para o check-in por conta de atrasos no aeroporto. Detalhe, o check-in é até as 23h e eu cheguei no hostel as 17:30. Mais ainda veio mais surpresas pela frente. Ao realizar o check-in, recebi uma cobrança acima do que estava estabelecido no AppExpedia, a proprietária alegou que era uma taxa turística, sendo que os valores já estabelecidos. O café da manhã você tem que pagar a parte, o que não é informado antes, no AppExpedia aparece café da manhã incluso no valor final. E ainda mais,o chuveiro estava estragado, me senti como se estivesse tomando banho de caneco. Tempos indígenas.

我不推薦!這是我住過最奇怪的hostel ,提供廚房卻一天要收2歐的費用,五天就要10歐,還算人頭,有一天我們洗了衣服,晾在自己床邊,回到hostel 的時候,衣服被老闆娘丟在窗外的椅子上,真的很離譜。

Lamentamos José. No entanto, tal como nos disse, a reserva foi feita por outra pessoa e o José pensava que seria um quarto com casa de banho privada e que por isso iria embora. Lamentamos que a sua avaliação se baseie apenas na sua deceção, pois não beneficiou de qualquer serviço para se basear neles e avaliar com justiça. No entanto, compreendemos a sua deceção, embora o quarto que escolheu esteja perfeitamente bem publicitado e tudo corresponda ao que é apresentado na plataforma de reservas. Agradecemos a sua reserva e desejamos tudo de bom.

O nosso horário de check-in é das 15h até às 23h. No entanto se combinarmos com o hóspede mais cedo nós recebemos mais cedo. Acontece que nem sempre os hóspedes vêm à hora que combinada e nesse caso, apenas somos obrigados a estar na receção para o check-in a partir das 15h. Relativamente à lavandaria, dissemos várias vezes que não pomos as máquinas a trabalhar à noite por causa do barulho, pois são as nossas regras para que o hostel tenha o ambiente tranquilo que tem e fazemos questão de continuar a ter. Se não somos considerados simpáticos por não fazermos as vontades todas aos nossos hóspedes, lamentamos, mas o sossego de todos é para nós muito importante. Obrigada pela sua opinião e pedimos desculpa por algo que possa ter corrido menos bem.

Obrigado pela sua avaliação. A cozinha não está incluída na noite com o pequeno-almoço grátis. Eventualmente pode ser quando as tarifas são mais altas, mas na época baixa é justo que se pague para se poder usada. Relativamente ao gerente penso que está enganado, pois o hostel só tem uma gerente e não trabalha cá nenhum homem. Deve estar a fazer confusão com outro hostel. Obrigada e tudo de bom.

The location was a 30 minute walk from the center sites, and a 3 minute walk to the train station. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was simple of rolls and cereal.

Having to wait on the street from 13.20 to 15.50 to check in, in a hot day, is not that pleasant. Breakfast if part of the deal, but what is offered is really basic (not even coffee as such!) Room pleasant and clean, though unfortunately no wardrobe, desk or chair. The area is just fine, nothing special. The owner is friendly
