'OMG…everything was amazing. Cathrine was so sweet. She made us a loaf of homemade bread for check in, she left butter and fresh milk for us too. The home is beautiful and has everything you could need. She gave us maps and suggestions for dinner, drinks and places to see! It was a fabulous stay and we can’t wait to come back to stay and to see more of Kinsale and the area. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!'

'Windows were dirty and there were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. The internet did not work in the two bedrooms on the bottom floor. It was hard to lock and unlock the front door. Other than that it was okay.'

'Truly cannot say enough about our stay here! From the views, to the house to the communication, all were stellar! Robert was incredibly communicative and helpful on all matters though there was nothing we needed for the house because he had it all! 'We stayed at the Historic Hideaway for two nights with another couple. The apartment was clean and well decorated and we loved the exposed stone walls. We weren’t going to attempt getting the car into the drive, but we were able to find parking on the street with a parking disc. Since we were away most of the daytime hours, this never presented an issue (though we knew of the nearby parking garage, if we needed it.) The host also had great local recommendation. 'Mein Mann und ich sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angereist. Das war möglich, aber langwierig. Es fährt ein Bus nach Ballycotton, aber nur zweimal am Tag. Da der Ort kein Lebensmittelgeschäft hat, ist es mühsam einzukaufen. Entweder man fährt in die nächste Stadt Midleton und kann aber erst nach 5 Stunden zurück oder man läuft zu einer 4 km weit entfernten Tankstelle über Straße mit regem Autoverkehr. In Ballycotton gibt es gute Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen und am Wochenende gibt es...
