Nearby Polperro and Looe (4 miles) are picturesque fishing villages, each with its own harbours and beaches. There are plenty of opportunities to indulge in water-based activities, such as excellent coves to explore while paddleboarding. For a little more adventure, Adrenaline Quarry is 9 miles away and offers an exciting day out. Further afield is the Eden Project (16 miles), which hosts numerous events throughout the year.


Step through the door into a lovely hallway where you can leave your coats and boots. The partially open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner offers a fantastic sociable place with wonderful exposed beams and plenty of character, just perfect for all the family to get together to discuss the day’s adventures. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining table, so you are able to cook and chat. Next door is a large, comfortable lounge with a wood burner and a Smart TV where you can unwind and watch your favourite programs. There is also a handy utility room on this level, as well as a WC. Downstairs, there are three nicely decorated bedrooms, two with en-suites and the other serviced by the family bathroom.


Outside is a beautiful private garden laid to lawn with a patio area, gas BBQ and garden furniture, where you can dine alfresco or relax on the sun loungers. Why not take advantage of the site’s hot tub for the afternoon whilst overlooking the beautiful countryside? A natural play area for children, made from a series of tree stumps, will keep the little ones entertained, along with a swing set and slide. Let their imagination run wild with a specially designed fairy trail in the woods, or enjoy feeding and collecting eggs from the resident hens.
