A full bathroom with shower, basin, and WC, along with an additional ground floor cloakroom, completes the accommodation.Outside, the large front garden provides a lovely spot to enjoy the views, with lawn, patio, and seating. Guests can start their day with a morning coffee in the private garden, admiring the lush greenery, or enjoy an al fresco meal in the warmer months.Situated near one of Cornwall's newest attractions The Story of Emily, a unique & powerful experience that blends history with cutting-edge technology.
