Deposit and hallway resident
When reserving the room online for an overnight stay, I don't recall seeing that a $100 deposit was required. Upon check-in, I was shown the desk banner and may card has a pending charge with the stay and deposit. After five business days, I received bank confirmation that I was only charged the stay. There was damage to the sofa and light switch cover in the bathroom. The disinfectant used on the carpet was aggravating our breathing, so we cut the air on high and left for dinner. The environment was better upon return. I residents were noisy through the night. We left at 5 AM the next morning and found a person sleeping in the hallway. I will never stay at that location again.

I’ve been staying here the last 3-4 years when I come to visit family. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had. I’m not sure if it just went down hill since changing to a Wyndham property or what. I had to switch rooms due to plumbing issues. I didn’t even mention that only three outlets worked in the room, Tv fuzzy as well as the fridge not properly functioning. The second room I was moved to was dated. Smelled like it had been sitting with no air circulating. We found dirty towels in the closet. Had to go buy some febreeze small spaces to make the room fresh being told that was the only “king size suite” they had available at that time and didn’t want to cause anymore fuss. The staff there were all polite and very punctual when we asked for the room to be serviced.

Stench in the hotel. I asked for a non smoking room and was put in a smoking room and charged $100 deposit for possible smoking damages. The couch had burns from previous smokers. The sinks were stopped up as well the tub. Never again.

While we enjoyed are time by the end. This was not the best hotel. The room was missing a phone, TV didn't come on and the floor was soaked. The elevator was working on and off and their grab and go breakfast was two boxes of cereal. lol and the pool was broke. Look, we had a good time with the staff - they were wonderful. Really enjoyed the front desk employees. But overall I wouldn't book here again. I should have done better research.

It was ok I would stay again. However there was electrical equipment that did not work and when I called the front desk they were dismissive. All equipment and amenities should work being that’s why customers make decisions to stay at the business.

Do not stay at Americinn by Wyndham.
I’m active duty Navy so im accustomed to poor living conditions, but this hotel will get zero stars from me. The room was not clean. There was trash still in the trash cans. There was old, dried up food on the carpet. The couch was filthy to the point I would not let my family touch it. The beds had other people’s hair in it. If I wasn’t in town for a family emergency, I would have walked out the moment I walked into the room. I can’t believe this establishment got $300 out of me, plus an additional $100 deposit. Wyndham’s name should not be attached to this hotel. I’m actually angry about my stay knowing there were other options in the area.

When I checked into my room there was tools left in the room with stains on carpet. So when I went to let the front desk know they changed my room to another room with red stains on carpet dirty bed lining and the ac did not work so they changed me to another room and it wasn’t any better. This place was just nasty. Carpet disgusting. I don’t even want to go into this. Just don’t stay here. I will get my money back for my stay. I wish I could post my pictures they would better explain this madness. I had to check out and go to another nearby hotel. Just awful.

The concierge told us that we got the last set of towels for the entire hotel, until 10am the next day. There were no towels in our room upon arrival. There was only 1 working ice machine; which happened to be on the 1st floor. Otherwise; my stay was okay, but this was my 1st and my last. It kind of seemed like it was a trap house. Thank God we only stayed one night.

Terrible hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE! I had to ask for sheets for the sleeper sofa for my kids and I was told “most people don’t even know it pulls out. I don’t know if we even have sheets.” I was given sheets that didn’t fit and no blanket or pillows. No breakfast or pool as advertised. Dirty room. I’ve never left a bad hotel review. Ever. I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE!

Rooms were filthy, literally stains everywhere, and needs to be renovated. No complimentary breakfast as advertised, pool was out of service, only 1 working ice machine on 1st floor. Whole place smells like weed. I can’t believe we paid double the price than most people because we booked online!

What a disappointment. Will never stay here again. When new it was probably very nice but it's like they are getting ready to close it now. Under-staffed. Very dirty. Horrible condition. We even saw (in our room) a small hole in the wall that had been stuffed with paper. TV in first room wouldn't even turn on so they moved us to another. That TV turned on but did not work--message popped up saying not enough power. No coffee cups. No glasses. No Kleenex. At first we thought the bottom sheet on bed was soiled but on closer look we saw that it was so threadbare it looked soiled. They said they provided a grab and take breakfast. There were six granola bars and a stand with some tangerines.

Check in slow, credit card declined although valid. $100 incidental deposit. For what? No water for sale or provided. Bed uncomfortable due to plastic sheet. AirCon loud. Fitness room, none of machines worked. No Aircon, no water or towels. No towels in room had to ask for them at reception. Pool closed. Breakfast almost non-existent. Very poor
