Our experience was extremely disappointing. When our family arrived, we did not receive any check-in instructions. We tried contacting the host multiple times but received no response.We also attempted to call customer service in the evening and waited on hold for about 20 minutes without anyone answering.As a result, we were left waiting outside for nearly two hours. It was cold, and we did not feel safe standing there with our family. This situation was stressful and uncomfortable.This was our first time using the platform, and unfortunately, it turned into a very poor experience. Clear communication and timely support are essential, especially on arrival day.We hope future guests will not face the same situation.
