Overall, it was a good stay. After booking, they sent an email mentioning construction, but the entire time there, i didnt hear anything. The construction was very quiet! There are train tracks near by that I heard more of than any construction. The wifi didn't work but I didn't follow up with the desk about it since I had a hotspot. I am sure that if I had they would have addressed it or explained what was going on, very likely due to construction. So, I'm not going to ding them on something I didn't request help with. It is a great place for the price and it is very close to almost everything. The whole town is within walking distance. There is also a little movie theater attached to the hotel.

The property was conveniently located. Value priced. Doors did not lock. Outside doors did not lock. Dated. Stayed for four days : did not empty trash, did not vacuum, did not replace towels, did not replace coffee - asked but they were out - bugs came out at night, especially in the bathroom. Perhaps if they emptied the garbage, vacuumed the floors, and replaced the towels that would not have been a problem.

After years of using this hotel for travel/busines
I stay at this hotel every time I'm in Little Falls. This is the 1st time I've gotten a room that didn't have a bathroom exhaust fan, and I slept on top of the bed sheets because there were stains on the bottom sheet that looked like ashes or dirt.

Liked the fact it was close to major highways and convenient to enter and exit the property. The room was clean and everything functioned properly. On the negative side, with 2 people only one shampoo bottle and no conditioner was in the room. Each tome we needed to enter th room we had to have the cars rekeyed (and yes, we made sure the room cards/keys were not near any electronic device.

Clean and conveniently located
The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The water in the bathroom sink was slow coming out. Makes it hard to clean up. The train line in the back makes it hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper. The shared parking lot can get crazy at times. The mattress was half way descent. The pillows were flat. Sheets were clean. No weird smells. The fridge was clean and worked. WiFi was strong and stable. The microwave took longer to warm things up than I’m used to. Diner, pizza spot, bar, pharmacy, grocery shop, deli, gas station all walking distance less than two blocks away. The room I was in had one pair of plugs and they weren’t that secure. Might want to walk with a power strip if you need more outlets. You can control the temp of the room from the HVAC unit. Many new upgrades seemed to be underway with the new management.

Past reviews didnt have much positivity but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean. The double bed room had a working ac, clean bathroom with a hair dryer. It also had an iron and ironing board, a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The clock had usb ports plus plug in. Check in was smooth and the staff was extremely friendly.

The price was right. Everything else was so-so
The parking lot and sign for the hotel were poorly lit, so I had a little difficulty seeing/finding the hotel. Once I got in, the young man at the counter was very cheery and gracious and checked me in quickly. The room was small but serviceable though very worn. Unfortunately, there were big, sandy footprints on the carpet by the bathroom, which was pretty gross. In fact, I put my shoes on to walk around the room.
