'The property was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable, great water pressure in the showers and a kitchen with all the essentials. We also appreciated the location to the village and the beach. '

'Just stayed overnight on our way to Orlando. Located in a nice location with close access to restaurants and the short walk to the beach. Cute little cottage with a full kitchen and laundry. Only downside is it needs several cosmetic updates and the water didn’t smell the best and had a sticky fee. Could be common for the area? Overall a great stop! '

'The unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable. However, there were no kitchen towels or extra covers. It turned cold. There were plenty of extra pillows but no extra pillow covers. It also needed a decor upgrade. We did enjoy our time. We love staying at king and Prince. Thanks!'

'This unit was well equipped, they only thing we needed was food. Spices, kitchen supplies all provided. We just used one bike. Bikes are functional but maybe need a tune up. The beds were super comfortable which was a plus. The bed linens were just right for ac sleeping. The pool was was clean and well maintained. Nice grounds for walking the dog. Our only suggestion is to replace the sofa as it’s pretty much done. We sat on on the oversized throw pillows so not to sink in the sofa. Good...

'Location was excellent and the townhouse was easy to access. A couple of things need a little attention - to turn on one of the table lamps you needed to screw in the lightbulb and unscrew it to turn it off. The carpet definitely needs to be cleaned or replaced. It would have been nice to have a couple of drawers where we could unpack. '

'This stay was great! We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the convenient location to the Village. There were 2 people staying in B and they were very loud and kept us up at night, but that is no fault to the owner! Overall, great stay! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!'
