'Great Family place to stay.'

'We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. 'I booked this Ramada location because it was the best price for our 3 night vacation. Kenya at the front desk is amazing. The breakfast is basic but hot and fully stocked. Scrambled eggs, toast, waffles, turkey sausages and pork sausage. The turkey sausage was a bonus since I dont eat pork. The bedding was clean and bed was comfy enough. 'Overall, this was a nice hotel in a convenient location, right next to the Rustic Moose Restaurant, which I highly recommend. I also want to recognize the shuttle driver who picked me up. He was truly wonderful, kind, and helpful, and I appreciated that he also assists with hotel processes. However, I do want to offer feedback about an experience that could have been handled with more hospitality and care. 'Easy to park, clean room, wonderful breakfast'

'Hotel is just above average. Decent rooms and pool/spa area. Lots of communal areas downstairs. Breakfast had very little options and is the same every morning. Beware of an additional charge for the safe in your room. I've never had additional charges for a safe before. Front desk will reverse the fee for you, but I didn't even know about it until I got home and saw the extra charge on my bank account.'

'We enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and pleasant. The eating area for breakfast, and the associated bar for evening use, are down in the basement and felt quite utilitarian. The breakfast itself was okay but not special. One of the elevators was out of commission for 3 of the 5 days we were at the hotel.'
