'Communication: By phone is excellent. Staff answered right away and tried to address my concerns as best as they could. Communication through the Expedia platform got lost in the nether, I have yet to receive a reply. Accommodations: It was about what I expected. Everything clean and in working order as far as appliances, showers, beds, HVAC. Amenities: The family pool was the main thing we used. It was also well used by everyone else in the complex. 'The zipper of the tent was broke but got fixed by the Nice gentlemen at the reception. It was great that there was a little fridge at the reception and that you could borrow forma and knifes.
