'We rented this home to attend the Suwannee Spring Festival with our Florida friends. The home was at a great location to do that and provided us with the quiet restful nights we were looking for during our vacation. We will definitely stay again.'

'A quiet and convenient place to stay for a nearby event. Furnishings are simple but certainly adequate for one or two persons. Bed is comfortable. Live Oak is very close by if you need a town. Cooking is limited to a hot plate or pizza oven, so would have liked to have a microwave. Altogether a nice place and an enjoyable stay. Thanks.'

The owner was great with communication before we arrived and even let us check in a little early so that we would have more time to get ready before the wedding. It’s a cute neighborhood! 'Reminiscent of Grandparents Lake House/Hunting Cabin, on beautiful/scenic location with lots of deer and other wildlife around. The local Park Access Keys, that comes with rental, provided a Huge plus for us and we also launched our Kayak from them. No kayaks here or access right now from backyard creek to Santa Fe river, as trees blocking/down creek but was easy and very close to transport to local launch areas. No wifi but We have AT&T and with our phone hotspot were able to connect and watch...

'This home was perfect for our family of six, five adults and one teen. Very functional and beautiful. The view of the river from the dock was serene and morning coffee on the porch was a great way to start the day. Captain Cas was easily reached by text. Definitely would stay here again. '

'Beautiful place with a cool vibe crystals everywhere. My 2 cats and I stayed in the cat room. Yard and porches were amazing. Saw deer at any time of day whole families with fawns. The owner supplied food for them and answered any questions I had immediately. Very nice furniture indoors and out. I brought way too much stuff they had everything there I needed now I know for the next time. Same time next year had so much fun at the springs'

'We stayed at this beautiful property in July. The home has everything you could need during your stay. It’s right on the river and has a great dock with a huge swing to enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Everything you need to enjoy the river is provided. Kayaks, paddle boards, tubes and more. There is a fire pit and tree swing. There are deer all around the property and the fish literally jump out of the water! The property is close enough to town if you want to grab dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed...

'If I could give this place a higher rating, I would. This place comes with absolutely everything you need and more. Nicely decorated and very well stocked. It has everything that you could need from linens, cookware, utensils, grill, games, ample seating, cleaning needs, and a beautiful screened in downstairs patio with tons of seating. 'We could not say enough good things about this vacation home! 5 stars!! Well kept, beautifully decorated, very well stocked for your every need. Beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and made sure we had the best stay possible. Took the kids to Wild Adventures Theme Park for two days and this was just about a 15 min drive to the park. We are saving this listing and we will definitely come back again!!'

'Our stay was just what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed just relaxing as we watched the deer and turkeys come eat the corn we put out for them. We kayaked the Santa Fe river from behind the home to the mouth of the ichetucknee river and swam in the crystal clear spring waters. The cottage is located where you can easily access either the Santa Fe, Ichetucknee, or Suwannee rivers. We will definitely be returning.'

'This place has everything for a family vacation. It’s clean, comfortable and the hosts have thought of everything in between to make the stay fun and easy. The access to the springs is perfect. But honestly my favorite part was cooking a family dinner in the huge kitchen with my brother in law, puzzling late at night with the grandparents, and games with the kids nieces and nephews.
