Ontsnap naar ons onlangs gerenoveerde boerderijhuis op een privé-terrein van 100 hectare. Geniet van de prachtige natuur, natuur en natuur die ons huis te bieden heeft. Ons huis is ontworpen voor diegenen die op zoek zijn naar een luxe toevluchtsoord in de natuur. Maak prachtige foto's van verbazingwekkende panoramische uitzichten op de Livermore-vallei en de heuvels. Geweldig voor je klaar voor de speciale bruiloft, familiebijeenkomst en zakelijke retraites.

De ruimte

Veel prachtige wandelpaden rondom het pand i. e Het Regionaal Domein Morgan Region, Mount Diablo en Los Vaqueros Reservoir. Je kan
verken het eigendom ook op eigen risico, want er kunnen onverharde paden, openingen en grazend vee zijn.
Ons huis is prachtig gerenoveerd en we werken momenteel aan onderhoudsprojecten. We doen ons best om rond ons verblijf te plannen.

Gast toegang

Toegang tot het hele huis en onroerend goed, met uitzondering van een stacaravan op het terrein. Paardenboxen en manege zijn beschikbaar voor gebruik van tevoren. Neem contact met ons op voor meer informatie.

Interactie met gasten

Zal 24/7 bereikbaar zijn via telefoon, sms of e-mail. Ranch hand en tuinarchitect kunnen rond het middaguur op locatie zijn tijdens een verblijf van meer dan 3 dagen (naar het landschap en voeren kippen) maar zullen hun best doen om rond te werken tijdens uw verblijf voor uw comfort en privacy

Great Space for Families

The house had a great layout for multiple people to hang out doing different activities. The kitchen had everything we needed. It would be great if a wheelchair accessible entrance could be added and if the middle bedroom mattress was replaced.

Walked in to find out we were double booked!!!

We started our bachelorette weekend by walking into the house only to find two strangers sitting on the couch saying it was their place for the weekend. I reached out to the host right away, the next minute I got an email saying my reservation was cancelled. He didn't even have the decency to call me back to explain. It was five of us that flew in from out of town, only to be homeless and our plans were completely ruined. It was too late to find another home in Livermore so our Wine Country Bachelorette had to be transferred to the city. What a nightmare! The owners had rented out the home on two separate platforms to cause this mess. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Better than the pictures! Amazing home!

This was an absolutely incredible place to stay. The house was clean and spacious. Cows, chickens, and horses all around. Close enough to the city to not be a hassle but just far enough where you can relax. We really enjoyed all of the amenities outside as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful retreat

We rented this property for our Christmas celebration. It’s a lovely, modern home nestled in the hills of Livermore. The drive to the property was spectacular and we loved the fact that it felt so remote but was still so close to everything. The furnishings and amenities are top notch and the kitchen is large and well-stocked. The goody basket was a nice touch.

Perfect Staycation

This property was amazing for our staycation Moms weekend. Hot tub, comfy beds… close enough to town to get whatever we needed but far enough away to feel like we were isolated and “away” from it all. Our only issue was difficulty with the keypad on the door (we couldn’t get in!) & not being able to get in touch with the owner. Luckily we found the person who lives on site and he was able to help us! Other than that, we loved this place and look forward to coming back again.

Fantastic girls trip

The house was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of plush towels, lots of space to spread out. The outside doesn't look like much, but don't be fooled, this house is beautiful! This house was centrally located for our group of friends. Close to town if you need anything, but we didn't. We didn't leave the property the entire weekend except to go on walks up the hill...gorgeous views! The only reason for not giving the property all 5 stars is due to the fact that our check in code didn't work when we arrived. We had to call and wait for a new code. This did NOT hinder our weekend at all. We will be back!!!

Great for groups

The property feels tucked away, but it's less than 10 minutes to town. This was a perfect spot for my bridesmaids to stay for a local wedding. The house easily slept all parties in a bed and provided a great location for get ready pictures. We enjoyed our stay!

Super nice place

We booked this ranch house for a two days getaway, when we arrived, the owner couple were taking care of the plants, we had a very pleasant chat. When we open the door, the inside of the house is very clean, welcoming, spacious, and everything we could need, even though, the outlooking of the house is just plain. We watched sunset and sunrise, enjoyed the yard and our barbecue, next time, we gonna bring hoodie with us, it’s so windy up on the hill!

In the spirit of getting away and spending quality time with family and friends, this location is awesome and we highly recommend it! Beautiful, clean, views everywhere, fun outdoor amenities (ping pong, basketball, ). Great kitchen with everything you need for time together preparing meals.
