We’re a minute's walk from the Kirkby train station providing excellent links to the rest of Liverpool.

You're surrounded by multiple green spaces and rivers, perfect to explore.

Our closest train station is Kirkby train station and it’s only a 3 minutes walk away.

PARKING:

There is free on-street parking directly in front of our property and on surrounding streets.

GOOD FOR FAMILIES, PET FRIENDLY and LONGER STAYS:

For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets).

We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:

For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.
