➔ Check-In, Check-Out & Guest Portal Our standard check-in time is from 16:00 hrs, and check-out is by 10:00 hrs on the day of departure. This portal contains all essential information required to access the property and complete the check-in process. The Guest Portal is the official check-in method and is also referenced in the Welcome Message sent before your stay. ➔ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Requests Requests for early check-in or late check-out fall outside of our standard times and must be made through the Guest Portal only. Until confirmation is received, the standard times of check-in at 16:00 hrs and check-out at 10:00 hrs remain in effect.
