Great location and the public spaces are great. Rooms are beginning to get a little tired, particularly in the bathroom where fixtures and fittings were broken. Staff friendly, although some bar staff don't seem to know what they are doing which is a shame. It's one of my favourite hotel spaces in Liverpool, but at its price point it could be better. Note that the automated email sent through Expedia contains the post code to the hotel not the car park as stipulated.

Easy check in staff were all friendly and polite despite it being an extremely busy weekend for them. Rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Bar prices were reasonable. I would recommend this hotel.

The Pullman is a standard hotel and certainly overpriced. Bed linens were standard, the mattress basic, and the Pillows in the rooms are awful. One like memory foam and the other an old square cushion. Even The light switches were odd! Bathroom lights faulty. The bar was a shambles! No Baileys left…. No cream to make an Irish coffee…. Come on folks …. Would I choose here again… no. There are much better hotels with better hospitality and standards.

We stayed at the Pullman for an evening and had a great experience. The concierge, Jack was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. For the price, we found the hotel to be lacking in amenities and overall comfort.

This was our first stay at Pullman Liverpool. We dropped our bag off earlier in the day and the reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Our room was superb, very clean and had everything we needed but the view!!! It was absolutely amazing - looking out over the Mersey. The bar area was lovely and we easily found a seat - even though the hotel was full of gymnasts! The proximity to the M & S arena was the reason for our choice and we chose correctly. The ONLY thing which stopped us saying it was perfect was the staff in the dining room at breakfast. The girl who showed us to a table was clearly cross that we wanted another one and she didn't explain how we should get our breakfast. We had to stop a waitress to ask for tea. The whole dining room staff looked and sounded miserable and that is not what you want from the hospitality industry.
