Not a good ending at this hotel
Four nights at this, celebrated new year and a football match at Anfield. The room was ok, I liked the bed and the view. But no refrigerator for cold drinks, the spa wasn't nice at all with cold water. The hotel is too far away from restaurants, bar and shops. It took a long time to get a room. But the worst part was that we had to pay the forth night once more even if I could show the staff that it was already paid for several months ago. He said it wasn't paid for and didn't even try to translate my Swedish receipt, and then we tried to pay again because we didn't want to argue any more. We tried with card ,but the machine didn't work. We had to go out in the poring rain to a ATM and get cash and pay . Now I'm trying to get my money back for the forth night ,I hope it works since Hotels.com and my bank can prove I'm right. I'm not recommending Radisson Blu Liverpool.

Dessverre har tiden stått stille her. Var mye her i 06-08. Ingenting er gjort siden,rommene er svært lite moderne. Bassengområdet altfor dårlig,må virkelig pusses opp. Herregarderoben en liten skandale. Rust og umalte områder i tak og vegg. Virkelig pinlig å ta med seg sin sønn hit.

beds separated during the night, just a basic kettle been in cheaper hotels an had a proper coffee machines in the room, bathroom flooded because of no seals round the shower screen, big empty space where the fridge used to be, the choir warming their vocals up an disturbing everyone’s breakfast despite being asked to stop they continued the only real saving grace for me was the use of the pool, sauna an steam room

Room itself was excellent but rest of hotel is soleless - just one big atrium with no character. Bland decor - feels a bit like a sanitarium! Not enough staff on in restaturant at busy times. Disappointing that restaurant is closed in evenings

OK and good value
Its a bit tired and dated. But the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The gym is well equipped, but the pool part was poor, broken steam room, ice cold 'hot tub' and an old sauna. So certainly not a 'spa hotel'.

There thin pillows on the bed. One each. No extra ones in the cupboard. And when I rang reception to ask for extra pillows I was told that the hotel is fully booked and therefore no extra pillows were available. Room service is supposed to 24 hours but when I tried to order I was told that the only thing available was fries. The room decor is really shabby and in need of an update. I have stayed at Radisson Blue in Leeds and Manchester airport, and you wouldn’t think that the Liverpool one belongs to this chain. A really disappointing stay

Hotel was nice and staff helpful, though initially checked into a room there tmwere tools everywhere and damaged bathroom, was then put in another room on 9th floor, and the air conditioning was broken, no windows for obvious reasons, literally impossible to get to sleep. Spa was good and location.

When we arrived, the hotel couldn't find a record of our booking. The receptionist was quite rude and dismissive. We were made to feel that we were in the wrong even though we could provide our booking receipt. It took over 15 mins for the hotel to locate our booking on their system. They made no apology for the inconvenience or delay. Our room was on the 8th floor. There was only one working lift which took a very long time to arrive. The room itself was dated and shabby and lacked many facilities that we would expect from a hotel of this price (fridge, water glasses in the room, plug sockets near the bedside tables etc.). The shower also leaked all over the bathroom.

Poor Menu choices. Room ok
No Water or biscuits in my room. No fridge to keep the water in I had to buy from the bar. Menu was poor with not much choice. Wanted to get a coffee after my meal but the coffee machine had been switched off and cleaned. Breakfast buffet wasn’t great either.
