The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, dresser, and a single-and-a-half-size sofa bed;

- DINING ROOM with a table and chairs;

- KITCHEN on the veranda with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, various kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, TV, and balcony;

- BALCONY furnished with a small table and chairs.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area not far from the historic center, ideally situated for exploring the city comfortably on foot and via public transportation.

In about 16 minutes by public transportation, you can reach the renowned Goldoni Theater and Piazza della Vittoria, better known as Piazza Magenta.

From here, in 23 minutes on foot or via Line 4 / LAM ROSSA, crossing the canal to reach Piazza della Repubblica (the largest square-bridge in Europe), you can reach the Fortezza Nuova and the charming Venezia Nuova neighborhood.

From Piazza della Repubblica, you can access Via Grande, Livorno’s main shopping street. From there, in just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Mercato Centrale, designed by architect Buontalenti—one of Italy’s largest and oldest covered markets, where you’ll find fresh, locally sourced products.
