The unique environment harmoniously integrates the sleeping area with a comfortable and welcoming double bed, while the living area houses a double sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 people. The equipped kitchen stands out for its functionality, with a microwave, refrigerator with freezer and coffee machine. The bathroom completes the apartment with a modern and practical style. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and washing machine are all included. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Livorno offers a strategic position for discovering the beauty of the Tuscan coast, with the city centre easily accessible, and the proximity to the port allows you to easily explore destinations such as the Cinque Terre and the Tuscan Archipelago.
Self check-in with a smart lock, between 16:00 and 20:00. Once the online registration is complete you receive the codes together with photos of the entrance, the lift and the flat door. Important: there is an internal door on the second floor which is sometimes locked; its key is in the small box shown to you at check-in. Please take that key with you every time you go out and put it back in the box only when you leave for good. Please complete the online registration before you travel, not on the doorstep. It is a legal requirement in Italy and it is what unlocks your codes.
So that nothing is a surprise, here is what is in the flat and what is not. What you will find: bed linen and towels for the number of guests booked, toilet paper for the first days, one dose of dishwasher detergent, pots, pans and all cooking utensils. Air conditioning, washer, dryer, heating, wifi and a work corner, all included in the rate. What we do not provide: food and seasonings (salt, oil, pepper, coffee) and consumables such as hand soap, laundry detergent, tea towels, bin bags and kitchen paper. Please carry the second-floor key with you whenever you go out. A lived-in building right on the waterfront: the walls carry sound, so please keep the volume down, especially in the evening.
