This cozy, quiet, and bright 70-square-meter home awaits you on the second floor of an elegant, stately building, equipped with an elevator and featuring barrier-free access at the entrance.

LIVING AREA:

Enjoy family evenings on the sofa in front of the 60-inch Smart TV or dine around a round table that seats 4 people and can be extended to seat 6.

Read a book or enjoy an aperitif or dinner at sunset on your 7-meter-long balcony—a luxury rarely found in the city.

KITCHEN:

Forget cramped, poorly equipped mini-kitchens!

Here you’ll find a functional kitchen over 4 meters long, complete with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and a full set of kitchen utensils.

MASTER BEDROOM WITH STUDIO:

You’ll sleep on a QUEEN-SIZE bed and have a desk with an ergonomic chair for your laptop.

Last but not least, there’s a spacious open closet and a beautiful cabinet for conveniently storing all your personal belongings.

Ideal for children or guests, this versatile room features a single bed that converts into a comfortable double bed or a cozy sofa.

Lit by a large French door that opens onto the exclusive second balcony, where you’ll also find the laundry area.

BATHROOM:

A spacious bathroom with a shower stall, sink, toilet, bidet, and hair dryer, plus a complimentary Welcome Kit provided by us, consisting of shower gel, intimate soap, and more.

In addition to towels of various sizes and the complimentary Welcome Kit provided by the hotel, you’ll have access to ultra-soft sheets, blankets, and a down comforter (in summer, strictly upon request), an ironing board, an iron, and everything you need to make your stay perfect.
