A bright lounge-dining room with table and chairs, sofa and TV area. Sliding French windows lead to the terrace. The veranda-type terrace has spectacular sea views from the front line . It has outdoor furniture: table, chairs and sun loungers.

Location

The apartment is located in the Fener de Baix residential area, less than 300 metres from the beach, next to the coastal path which goes from Llançà to El Port de la Selva. About 1,500 metres from the town centre.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
