It has a large gravel garden and covered porch to enjoy a relaxing stay with family or friends. Located in a quiet area, close to the port and shops, 300 metres from the beach.

The apartment has a refurbished kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender and tableware. The dining room area is on the same level as the kitchen and you go down a couple of stairs to the lounge on the lower level. There is a dining table and chairs, sofa and TV and way out to the patio/garden.

The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms. One has two single beds and leads to a small covered patio where the washing machine is kept. The other bedroom is double, with French windows leading directly to the covered porch and garden. 2 bathrooms: one has a shower, toilet and sink and the other one has a bath, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside is the covered porch with outdoor furniture: table, chairs and sun loungers, awning and large gravel garden with plants. Private parking space.

The apartment is situated in the Sant Carles residential area, very close to the beach, port and town centre.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
