Staff was not very helpful. hotel shuttle was very overpriced and also not well managed. I scheduled a pickup from the airport and they didn’t come for me. There is a hotel nearby that was very superior for food, service and ambiance.

Very friendly personal, that went an extra mile to keep our luggage safe when we came back two days later, so we could walk around before we left for the airport.

La Quinta Loft Apartments
We had dead mosquitoes in the bed sheets. However, the receptionist was always friendly and helpful. Also, the water isn’t clean, it’s slightly brown. But this is because Iquitos is in the Amazon jungle.
