'Easy and friendly check in. Clean and tidy room. I had a single room and the sink in the bathroom was the size of a shoe box. I am not a breakfast person but I do like coffee. When I asked whether it was possible for me to get morning coffee for my travel mug I was told there was coffee in my room. I had hoped for and was willing to pay for a decent filter coffee as opposed to a sachet of Nescafé. Had burger and fries for evening meal "with salad". 'Good rooms. Great restaurant onsite where I ate every evening. On my 1st day, I arrived past 9pm when kitchen was already closing but they still made me food which was nice. Location is not in the center of the town but this should obvious to anyone by looking at the map. The hotel is close to some nice hiking trails. Great place to rest after exploring Wales.'

'This place was just amazing, it really did exceed my expectations. The train station is literally on the door step, everything is in walking distance, the mountain walk is so close too. Ben was super amazingly helpful, the room was fabulous. I really can't fault this place and would love to return next time in Conwy'

'Room was clean on arrival but curtain off rail which left gap and light came through . Staff excellent couldn't do enough to help? Breakfast was more than Adequate, good choices and coffee .the reason we book is parking ,nice at end of day on beach to Not scrabble over a place to park ,very spacey'

'Room had no carpeting only cushion floor in black & white pattern which was well worn. Furnishing was uninspiring and well used. Not the most comfortable of beds. Unfortunately in the yard outside of our room was some type of generator which was noisy and was switching on and off overnight. Parking was very limited. Overall very basic. Gentleman who greeted us was very pleasant and welcoming and nice courtesy tray in room.'

'A friendly welcome although despite checking in online we still had to repeat the process at reception. The parking instructions had changed since we had made the booking only a few days earlier so we had to move the car. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a lovely welcome note which was a nice touch. The shower curtain bracket was broken in the en-suite which we reported to reception although the curtain could still be used. There was plenty of hot water however, the water...
