'Stayed for 2 nights B&B with my 5 year old granddaughter. Pros outweigh the cons. Pros Fantastic location. Just across the road from the pier and about a 5 minute walk to the shops and bars. Breakfast was good. There was a good choice of cereal as well as continental. Cooked breakfast was really good, served promptly and freshly cooked. Room amenities are excellent. '2nd time visiting this hotel. As soon as you enter the hotel you are met with warm friendly staff from reception, waitresses and cleaning. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean and smells gorgeous. 'First the positives - in very good position for the pier and beach, pubs & restaurants. Onsite parking for £10. Nicely decorated, a bar and small seating area out the front. Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Now for the negatives - the hotel is extremely hard to contact to pre book parking although eventually this was done, then there was confusion over my booking for beds for 2 adults & 1 child which was eventually sorted on the day of arrival not ideal and stressful. 'We had room 317 it was clean and had a sea view but slightly on the small side The bed was lovely and the shower worked well . We were stocked up with plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. 'Great welcome to the property and given advice on offers of where to eat. Room was spacious, outlook was onto car park but we don’t spend much time in there and hadn’t booked a sea view so that was fine. We were given a pass for parking. Short walk to theatre. Nathan is a lovely host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Well done to him running the B & B on his own.'
