Hotel met vriendelijk personeel! Erg behulpzaam,...Warm onthaal. Leuke aangename mensen die in het hotel verblijven.= warme sfeer. Animatie in het hotel , de Afrikaanse animator deed dit vol passie,perfect! Hotel met verschillende zwembaden zowel binnen als buiten , welness+ de fitness,.. minpunten : niet echt. Het hotel is een aanrader.

Heel leuk familiehotel
Bijzonder leuk familie hotel, heel luxe mooie kamer en zeer vriendelijk personeel! Centrum en strand op zeer korte wandel afstand. Enige minpuntje wat ik zou kunnen bedenken dat zwembad gewoon een simpel zwembad is, niet klein (cirkel met diameter ca 18mtr) mr geen glijbanen ed. Prijs/kwaliteit krijg hotel van mij een 10! Zou er zo weer naar teruggaan.

Prima hotel, gewoon doen!
Prima hotel. Wij waren hier slechts voor 1 nacht maar de bediening was uiterst vriendelijk en men heeft zelfs Nederlands sprekend personeel. De parkeergarage is niet altijd beschikbaar maar vlakbij is een bewaakt parkeerterrein dat 24 open is! Goed ontbijt en genoeg keuzes bij het diner. Dichtbij gezellige winkelstraten.Zeker een aanrader!

Ojo con la habitación que reservas
El hotel está muy bien. La zona de la piscina es genial: piscina muy grande más una pequeña para los niños también de buen tamaño. El buffet, tanto el del desayuno como el de la cena, están bien. Quizás no hay mucha variedad, pero lo que dan está bueno. El personal del restaurante muy amable. También el de recepción con los que sólo tuvimos un problema con una chica que no entendía el catalán (solo le decíamos el número de la habitación...). Las habitaciones amplias luminosas y limpias. Eso sí, alerta al realizar la reserva. En la web de hoteles.com sólo indica que existen "habitaciones dobles" y "habitaciones superiores". En otros hoteles, con estas descripciones sólo cambia la vista o algún pequeño detalle. En este caso, la diferencia entre unas habitaciones y otras es abismal. En las fotos igual no se aprecia muy bien, pero las "habitaciones dobles" no están reformadas y carecen de la misma categoría del hotel. Tanto la habitación como el baño son más propias de un hotel de tres estrellas o menos. Pudimos cambiar la categoría de la habitación pagando la diferencia la tercera noche de estar allí (el hotel estaba lleno). Merece la pena pagar un poco más y tener una habitación que encaje con el resto del hotel. La animación de las noches es quizás algo floja. Está en el centro de Lloret así que cuesta encontrar aparcamiento. Si no importa andar, por la zona de la riera (unos 20 minutos andando) siempre hay sitio.

From just arriving we were received by a nice smile. Registration was very fast and personal very courteous. We were traveling by motorcycle and we were asked to leave it at the hotel private parking for no additional charge. Check off was also speedy and fluid.

One off Best hotel in to Lloret to compared others which I been before. Room are modern clean. Rooms on 7th floor have superb view Very friedly staff especially Manager and receptionist Gabriela. Definitely will be back in future.

La atención en recepción por parte del señor José Molina ,muy desagradable,con un trato despota y mal encarado. Al principio puso muchos problemas con el estacionamiento. Luego decidió resolver. Este hotel es un 2 estrellas. No 4. Alquile dos habitaciones,para nosotros y una pareja de amigos. No tenían ni siquiera una botellita de agua. Mi pareja necesitaba tomar una pastilla. Fuy a recepción y me dijeron que regresara al día siguiente Yelp hiciera un reclamo. Que clase de 4 estrellas?.El señor Antonio,un chico de ojos claros y la señora que atendían en el buffet,fueron las únicas personas atentas,agradables y serviciales. El resto del personal,parecía que no les agrada lo que hacen.muy mal encarados Ni siquiera respondían al darle las gracias.

Apreciados clientes.Les agradecemos sus comentarios y lamentamos mucho no haber cumplido con las expectativas que tenían de nuestro hotel. Los pàrkings es recomendable reservarlos con la mayor antelación posible sobretodo si su reserva es para el mes de Agosto.Nos complace saber que el Sr Molina les pudo encontrar una plaza libre.Su hora de llegada fue a las 18 horas,y el Bar del hotel está abierto hasta las 12 de la noche, disculpe pero no entendemos que inconveniente pudo haber en conseguir una bebida.Como podrá observar, nuestro personal es el punto mejor valorado de nuestro hotel y lamentamos que Ustedes no pudieran disfrutar de su simpatía y profesionalidad.Aprendemos cada día y continuaremos trabajando con ilusión para mejorar en todos los aspectos.Les saludamos cordialmente.

Séjour TRES agréable !! Je conseille :)
* Super séjour dans cet hôtel !! Le personnel est très accueillant, les chambres sont impeccables. Il est aussi super bien situé par rapport au bord de mer et le centre. Et sa piscine est très agréable. Beaucoup d'activités aussi pour les enfants... * Léger petit bémol sur la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres et le non respect de la non réservation des transats de la piscine avec des serviettes comme le stipule le règlement et le fait de ne pas fumer.

Very good 4-star hotel
This hotel deserves all 4 stars that it's got. With that being said, don't expect a 5-star hotel. It is perfectly located in the city centre and close to the beach, but considering the location it wasn't noisy at all. Our room, although a bit outdated, was clean and beds were comfortable. But it is true that there isn't much room to hang and leave clothes and other personal items. The towels were changed and rooms cleaned every day and sheets every third day. The food, although somewhat modest in selection, was well prepared and very delicious. The pool area was also very clean. The hotel personnel were very pleasant, especially those working at the restaurant. We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

Hôtel OTTIMO. Personale gentilissimo (Said della portineria gentilissimo e simpaticissimo e parla pure italiano). La posizione è fantastica: 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e dal mare. La città è carinissima il mare è splendido. Consiglio assolutamente!

Über den Dächern von Lloret mit Meerblick
Ich liebe das Anabel-Hotel und bin froh ein Restplatz ergattert zu haben. Als Einzelperson war ich im 7. Stock mit Poolblick. Automatisch ist auch der Meerblick inklusive. Das Essen total lecker. Sehr sauber. Viele deutsche TV-PROGRAMME wer es braucht. Immer wieder gerne 👍

Bel hotel à découvrir
Petit séjour de trois nuits pour découvrier Lloret et la région. Le séjour fut agréable dans l'ensemble. L'hotel, bien qu'un peu en recul dans la ville, reste bien placé et tout se fait facilement à pieds. Bien que non réservé aux adultes, ce dernier était assez calme et nous n'avons eu aucun problème de bruit pour dormir jusqu'à 9h30. Concernant le confort, quelques petits points à corriger. La literie était confortable du point de vue du matelas. Les sommiers par contre étaient fatigués et bougeaient beaucoup. Dans la salle de bain, un robinet thermostatique ne serait pas du luxe pour un hotel 4*. De plus le débit d'eau chaude était ridiculement bas. Moins et il aurait été compliqué de se doucher. La baignoire est aussi glissante... attention. Le parking était compliqué car très difficile d'accès avec une voiture plus imposante qu'une citadine. Enfin les petits déjeuners étaient très bien et copieux. Le personnel au petits soins et très attentionné. C'est donc avec plaisir que nous pourrons revenir si l'occasion se présente car dans l'ensemble ce séjour fût agréable.

Lamentanos que no le haya gustado nuestro buffet. Las reducidas dimensiones del buffet puede que le haya causado la sensación de que no hay mucha variedad, pero tenemos en el desayuno más de 90 variedades de difrentes familias, y compramos primeras marcas. Esperamos que no vuelva a visitar para llevarse una mejor impresión de la calidad y cantidad de nuetsro buffet.

Nice hotel centrally located
Good choices on breakfast. Pool area was big and relaxing. Hotel was clean. Plenty of restaurants, bus station (for example for reaching Barcelona), shops and beach within 5 - 10 min walk. Size of room for 3 persons was quite small - however it did not matter, since we were most of the time out of the room.

Dommage.
Je suis tombé dans la mauvaise chambre: mobilier des années 80 et salle de bain genre hôpital et encore, seul le balcon était très bien. La salle de "fitness" est malheureusement d’un autre temps aussi pas ça peut se comprendre puisque ce n'est qu’un hôtel et il faut faire preuve d’imagination pour pouvoir travailler. Le buffet est moyen, en tout cas j’ai connu mieux à Lloret. A part ça, hôtel joli et somme toute complet, piscine et terrasse agréables, personnel très sympa et serviable, de l’espace, nombreux accès et ascenseurs. Attention toute fois aux chambres proches des suites qui peuvent être louées par des groupes de jeunes bruyants et sans gênes.

Merci pour votre avis, nous sommes navrés que notre hôtel n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes.Les photos de la chambre dans laquelle vous avez séjourné sont d'une chambre adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite, et c'est surtout la salle de bain qui est préparée pour accueillir ces personnes qui se déplacent en fauteuil roulant, nous comprenons donc qu'une personne qui n'a pas besoin de ce type de chambre peut ressembler à une chambre d'hôpital pour vous.Je vous recommande la prochaine fois que vous réservez une chambre confort et non une chambre adaptée.En ce qui concerne la salle de gym, nous prenons note et vérifions le dessous de certaines des machines qui semblent avoir un peu de rouille.Nous espérons vous voir une autre fois.

Hôtel propre et personnel très agréable. En plein centre de Lloret de Mar. Pensez à réserver votre place de parking, l’hôtel en possède peu. Sinon, il existe un parking à proximité (gran casino) au prix de 25€/jour. Petit déjeuner bon, copieux et varié. Très très mauvaise insonorisation des chambres. Dans la salle de bain, nous entendions même la conversation des voisins de chambre, comme s’ils étaient avec nous… a revoir ! Hôtel proposant une formule all inclusive ainsi que plusieurs activités au cours de la journée. Grande piscine très agréable, petite piscine pour les enfants. Espace spa avec horaires réservés aux adultes.

Super hôtel, personnel sympa et à l'écoute, très belle vue sur la piscine du balcon, transats pour tout le monde, petit déjeuner copieux, bonne literie. Enfin, à conseiller. Proche de la plage.
