Personnel très agréable, souriant et attentionné, chambre vieillotte mais propre, SPA reposant, salle de sport bien équipée, restaurant "cosi" et varié chaque soir, petit-déjeuner correct (à adapter en fonction de la fréquentation) Proche de la plage et de la ville : le bon compromis Pour l'environnement : la différence entre juillet et août est flagrante : en août pas de limites des clients, aucun respect des autres mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien... juste un avis pour adapter vos dates de vacances en fonction de vos envies...

Decepcionante
Muy decepcionante. El lavabo holía muy mal como si no se hubiera ventilado en mucho tiempo. Todos los ruidos de las habitaciones vecinas y del pasillos se escuchaban demasiado fuerte. Tanto la cena como el desayuno fueron muy precarios y sin variedad donde elegir. Lo que ellos llamaron spa era una piscina medio vacía y sucia con dos cascaditas, sin comentar que las saunas estaban fuera de servicio y todo el suelo y las hamacas sucias. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Diners et petits dejeuners au restaurant tres bien, personnel accueillant, aimable et souriant.Appartements dans un état vieillot et propreté limite. SPA a 10€ pour 1 h un peu cher.Par contre massage 25 mn + SPA en duo pour 30 € par personne c'est a faire.

Les appartements sont vieillots les meubles très vieux et abîmés ;pas très nets (vaisselle ....) c-est dommage ,alors que la salle à manger a été refaite et est très agréable ;l'accueil au restaurant très sympathique;. et un bon petit déjeuner

Couple de Montpellier week-end détente
Appartement vu sur la mer état moyenmais propre ,vu sur la mer pas très dégagé les lits ne sont pas très confortables( nous avons eu 2 lits jumeaux collés au lieu d'un lit pour couple..)sinon le spa est sympas l'environnement très agréable le personnel très accueillant le restaurant buffet à volonté très bon rapport qualité prix je recommande

Budget hotel close to beach
Booked this trip to celebrate my birthday. The reviews of the hotel brought high expectations of a hotel that was marketed as a 4 star hotel. But I was met with disappointment on arrival to a budget hotel that was more like a 2-3 star and in need of a revamp. Reception was not well manned, but during our stay one of the staff members did a tremendous job to support our needs but she was unfortunately a one man team and I got the feeling she was a little overwhelmed with trying to help with the reception and spa bookings. I felt the rooms and spa were a bit misleading in how the were represented to me and my mum at the time of booking. We also had a number of issues with the room which were unable to be resolved during our stay. Some.of those issues included; a bedroom which was unsupported by adequate lighting, a bathroom with an ant infestation and damp and mould growing on the ceiling and and an apartment which was not soundproof enough to withstand the noise coming from the hotel entertainment. Had we been informed the hotel and adjoining hotels entertainment was going to be very close to our room and as loud as it was for us. We calm for a quiet getaway but it was anything but quiet.

Très bon séjour grand hôtel avec plusieurs piscines le personnel est très serviable, la chambre est spécieuse, bon emplacement situé à 5 mn de la plage et des commerce

El precio por noche (150€ aprox) no corresponde en absoluto con la calidad de las instalaciones. El apartamento obsoleto y viejo. El “ventilador” hacía más ruido que una excavadora. Nada recomendable.

Sejour agréable, personnel très agréable. Le restaurant est calme et la cuisine est très bonne. Les chambres auraient juste besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement.

Descontrol por el personal de limpieza ocupando los ascensores, cuando el único médio para ir al restautante es el ascensor. Apartamentos muy viejos, hubieramos querido habitaciones, no apartamentos. No pudimos acudir al Spa por que había mucha gente, poca organización y control.

Siamo arrivati tardi. Cena pagata in anticipo non rimborsata.descrizione non veritiera dicono 14 camere e sono forse 1000!!! Parcheggio circa 15 euro ma ci sono solo 8 posti auto e non è specificato nel sito. Zona lontana dal mare e tutta in salita.

L'état de chambre mérite une rénovation mais une petite vue sur mer et la proximité de la très jolie plage de Fenals compense ce défaut.La plus grande surprise positive c'est la cuisine. Le petit déjeuner excellant et le dîner à recommander (pas de buffet mais un menu au choix vraiment excellant) en plus le service et l'ambiance très sympa.

Hotellet udenfor sæson er en anelse 'trist' selvom solen skinnede og temperatur var høj, var der kun vand i den ene pool og dele af hotellet var lukket ned grundet vinterperioden. Morgenmad var det samme hver dag, en meget lille og enkelt udvalg.
