Hyggeligt hotel i ældre klassisk stil med masser charme. Servicen er helt i top alle steder på hotellet. Har sjældent oplevet så service-mindet personale. God restaurant med dejligt mad. God adgang til stranden. Desværre er det omkringliggende område ikke af samme gode standard som hotellet. Fantatisk til et ophold af kortere varighed.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The facilities are gorgeous, clean and right in the beautiful, prestige beach. We loved our time here and will be back again next year.

We stayed 1night then checked out. The original reservation was for 2 nights but they wouldn’t refund the 2nd night saying it was book through Expedia so we couldn’t check out early despite have a family emergency

Dear Mr. Mc Cord We understand your anger regarding your cancellation but we can not agree and consider your comments unfair . When booking a room or a flight with special condition in price and the cancellation conditions are non-refundable, an event external to the hotel or to the company can not make us the culprits and take care of your expenses. For this, and we recommend it many times, there are travel insurance that cover, for less than 3 euros a day (AXA), many more things than cancellation fees. Not for that we have to "punish" publicly saying that the hotel has not complied, that has not been the case. As you will see, we do not accept blackmail or fear the consequences for not pleasing them in what is not our responsibility. Yours sincerely Luis

A five star experience!
Without a doubt one of the most authentic and charming places I have stayed in! The hospitality of the staff was only surpassed by the view and location. Speaking of location...beautiful oceanfront hotel that is suited to a more mature crowd as the younger crowd can be found a mile away.

Rigat Hotel is beautiful, excellent located, a superb view and a pleasant overall stay. We stayed in room 260 which faces the beach from the side, it was calm and not overloiking the pool, which for us was good. The pool, restaurant and morning buffet were very good. The restaurant was pretty good as well. The person in charge of the restaurant was very professional old school, but maybe the younger ones talked to the clients in an informal way (they have to talk to clients "usted" "Sie" in a formal way). The bed mattress of room 260 must be exchanged, it was not confortable in accordance to the 5 star hotel that it is. Overall I recommend this hotel and it was a great stay.

Disappointing for 5 star.
Beautiful position, but we felt exterior Reas were better than interior. Old fashioned and over elaborate for purpose. Saying 5 star was over stating as no coffer/tea in rooms which is basic for 3 star hotels. Hotel had only 3/4 rooms booked on night of our stay but refused to upgrade to sea view room unless we paid 36€ extra. Bad customer relations in our opinion. Better value in the area.

Dear Sir. We thank your visit and the few moments to comment your stay with us. Our hotel is continuously maintenied to keep this classic style . It is premeditatedly renovated in this style like a Museum. For example all leaving room is brand new and the terraces, new distribution of Superior and Suite rooms, Swimming pool area, garden area with new sunbed area,etc... 2 ha of gardens and terraces, not bad . About category: 3 star services are for 3 star hotels. Let me not be agree with you. Our service is to bring the good quality of coffe or tea or any drink well prepared to your room, not to save personel of give selfservise food, nothing about it. This is 5 stars service, not the other.do not ever think that coffee in room is for free in the hotels, actually none of the services !!! ... the charge is in general price room...as any service in any company. We recomment to thing more in prices, locations,views... not in stars. not all the hotels are equal !. Other thing is a determinate offer (low season) as you get:parking free,Spa free,breakfast free.. this is just for marketing. No mention it. After Easter Holidays or long week end of May there is no many demand is the reason that you enjoyed the 3 starsr prices (not mention it) On those days the hotel may be full, medium or not... low season low season rates. August arround 300 euros basic, as normal, May 180 euros . It is very extrange that anyone may receive an other type of room when a client reserve a park view room having the option to reserve one of our Suites or Romantic sea view all at its prices. There will be no sense to have different options, nothing about service customer relations. We recall that , in low season, there are wonderfull offers in park view & good offers in other types. None of our common clients are worry about this. We are clear : you can choose. Thank You

The location is on one of the more beautiful beaches of Lloret, and hotel beach facilities are very good, clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is a beautiful med construction, manteined clean and in order, fully located in a very green and cured park, but it is very old, and you can see it almost everywhere. The common zones smell of old, rooms try to look "ancient" but are simply very old. The staff in the restaurant is "very calm", basically it is more part of the furniture, you have to act as in a self service. Breakfast is excellent, food offers a very wide selection and it is very well prepeared and presented. Concierge is almost unattentive, not responding to any request. Notwithstanding, if you provide not to be too exigent, you'll spend your days in a relaxing place.

The staff at the hotel are great. The food in the restaurant is on the traditional side but the service was good and the breakfast was also very nice. Overall the location is great being directly on the beach and with a great pool. The hotel as a whole could use an update in terms of its look. Amazing antiques in this hotel but found they didn't stand out with the heavy decor and draperies. Compared to other places in the area on the beach - this hotel appeared to be the best

Great location!
This hotel is right on Fenals beach. The dining area and pool overlook the Mediterranean. It's a fantastic position, you couldn't get better. The hotel itself is lovely and full of old world charm, this may or may not be to everyone's taste. To this end, the service and amenities are lovely, understated and adequate. The buffet breakfast is first class and befitting of the five stars adorning the hotel sign. I felt a bit that the hotel's glory days have passed and the finer points of reception/concierge and cleaning services could have been more polished. This said the location and set-up is so excellent that I can understand a general reluctance to mess with it. I'd stay again.

The hotel has five star grounds but one star rooms. We couldn't work out why no one drank on the beautiful terrace then realised when the bill for two drinks was 25 euros. The rooms are like dungeons with very little light, the balconies are open so there is no privacy. The main clientele appears to be Russians.

lo unico bueno es la ubicacion. la tarifa es demasiado alta por lo que brindan por ejenplo pra bañarse se caia cada rato el duchador, en la habitacion no wi fi, las escaleras que dan a la playa totalmente sucias, el desayunador al aire libre por no limpiar lo clausuraban, PODRIA SEGUIR DETALLANDO ..
