On the ground floor, there is a large living room with satellite TV, dining room with a fully equipped kitchen.

The American kitchen, electric, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, water heater and juicer. On the same floor, a bedroom with a double bed 135 x 190 (with Air Conditioning and Heat Pump).

Going up the stairs, upstairs are the other three bedrooms (2 have Air Conditioning and Heat Pump), 2 with single beds each and one with a double bed 150 x 190.



It has a garden, garden furniture, 30 m² terrace, barbecue, griddle, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning in some bedrooms, private swimming pool, outdoor parking in the same building, 1 Television, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German).
