Villa in Llubí met Privézwembad en Uitzicht

In the well-kept garden you can sunbathe on five sun loungers, play with your children or cool off in the private chlorine pool. The pool is 8m x 4m and has a depth of 1.00m to 1.50m. If you want a quick shower, there is an outside bathroom with a shower. From the garden you can see the idyllic views of the countryside and the animals that live there, including horses, goats and ostriches. In the presence of the owner, they can go see them. The porch is ideal for a barbecue with friends and is a very authentic place as it is decorated with old field tools. Depending on the season and availability, you can pick fresh oranges directly from the tree. This beautiful house is fenced and our guests have access to the ground floor, since the upper floor is closed and uninhabited.

On one floor there is a comfortable living room with satellite television and AC, a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, a bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds and AC, a third with a single bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and heater. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are also three fans and three radiators at your disposal and, upon request, we can prepare a cot and a high chair for our smallest guests.

This farm is located in a quiet area, within a rural environment and is ideal for those who want to be in contact with nature. On the farm, within an enclosure, several animals live and the owner feeds them every day.

In Llubà there is a grocery store, restaurants and cafes. Large supermarkets and more services are found in Inca and Muro. Tuesdays are market day in Llubà and there you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables from local farmers. A car is necessary.

About 20 minutes' drive takes you to the northern coast, known for its beautiful beaches. Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollensa are some examples of beaches for families with all the services imaginable. Son Serra de Marina and Playa de Muro are quieter since they are natural beaches. In Son Serra de Marina there is a good restaurant next to the beach. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.
