This beautiful house welcomes 6 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Mallorca.
Surrounded by a country setting, this charming villa boasts a spacious garden, adorned with a manicured lawn, ideal for the little ones to play in. The saltwater swimming pool, 8 metres long and 4 metres wide, with a uniform depth of 1.50 metres, is perfect for cooling off on warm days. Before heading indoors, there are several furnished verandas to enjoy alfresco meals prepared in the barbecue area.

The modern interior, spread over two floors, begins with a bright, open-plan living area with two sofas and a Smart TV, and a dining area. With air conditioning, it becomes the ideal space to relax in the evening. The induction cooker is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. To complete the ground floor, there is a toilet and the first bedroom, with two single beds, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. Upstairs on the first floor are the remaining two bedrooms, both with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. One of them has two single beds and the other one has a double bed and access to a furnished terrace. During your stay, towels and sheets are changed every 3 days. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and highchair will be provided. You can make use of the washing machine, dryer and iron offered by the house.

Llucmajor, in the southeast of Mallorca, is a charming village full of tradition and a peaceful atmosphere. Its proximity to the spectacular beaches of Ses Covetes and Es Trenc, with their crystal clear waters and white sand, makes it an ideal destination to enjoy both the sea and the surrounding natural environment. In addition, its location allows you to combine days at the beach with the rich local gastronomy, traditional markets and outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling.

Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 28 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.



A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.
