From the kitchen, we can step into the living-dining room and onto the winter terrace, which features a fully retractable glass enclosure—allowing us to open it completely to access the terrace and pool area or a covered porch that also opens onto the terrace.
On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an en suite with a whirlpool tub.
On the top floor, there is a gym.
The area around the pool features a resin decking and a shower.
