'Rooms are 1* quality, totally overdated, broken doors, no heating, windows not closing. Needs fully to be refurbished. Breakfast very poor quality, staff not present. Very loud music till 2am in the bar. Outside bar and pool are the only photos that show how it is, other photos don't reflect how it is really. Good there was a Black Angus aside where you could have a good diner. '

'The hotel and apartment were great; my only complaint would be that it's a good distance from everything and no where is friendly towards pedestrians; there's a small shopping mall opposite the main road but everywhere else you need to bus/taxi/drive too (including the larger City Centre Bahrain shopping centre which is less than 300m away that you need to walk around and under the highway to get to) but this is more of an issue with Bahrain in general rather than the hotel.'

'Friendly staff '

'This was a one week business trip and the hotel was good for saving money. It is located in a good location and they have good amenities. There is a restaurant, pool, sauna, and gym. The whole hotel is dated but they have taken good care of it and everything is clean. The room swrvice didn't come every day to clean but that was ok by me. I would definitely stay here again. '

'A beautiful pearl in a sea of cookie-cutter box hotels. The hotel is filled with wonderful modern art works coupled with black/white photography of old Bahrain. A slight disappointment is that the fabulously insta rooftop restaurant doesn't offer any flavours of Arabia. The access to the pool with just 2 loungers is a little strange. Someone was already sunbathing when I visited and as I didn't feel comfortable having to lie next to them on the only other available bed in such a small space...

'Staff try very hard. Since the hotel opened recently some staff lack some experience. Guests must be aware that alcohol is not served in this hotel. '

'I loved the place. Very fancy and very new and clean. The only downside was that there were so many restrictions for the kids, although I booked this trip for my kids. I hope they become more kids friendly soon.'

"Definitely not the best service i’ve received. No smile upon check in or whatsover. Room was nice, clean and modern. But the service was what really dissapoint me. Also a simple question at the front desk wether a few water bottles could be sent to my room was top difficult for them. First i got sent to the hotel restaurant, where they asked me to pay, then i went back to the front desk but they never delivered my request. Overall, mid experience from this hotel. It was just ok"
