The hosts are so welcoming and we wish we would have planned to stay longer. They also saved us a lot of driving time by letting is know of a road closure that wasn’t on google maps. 'Frances is such a brilliant host. I arrived to tea and freshly baked scones and a lovely chat after my 3 hour drive from Loch Ness. The shared kitchen/lounge has plenty of room for guests and my room was large and spotlessly clean. The consequence of that middle of nowhere is that the wifi from the location (almost) never works, so does your own connection (depending of your provider).
Rooms are small, but okay. Sleeping rooms are nice heated, but if needed they provide additional bed sheets. The rest of the building is pretty cold so take a sweater.

'The staff were great but the property could do with a bit of an upgrade. Shower nozzle was blocked and the shower gel was empty. That being said it was not expensive and we had good craic with Dougie and the other locals in the bar.'
'I only spent one night here but I thought the the hotel was very good. The room was spacious and very comfortable, couldn’t get the TV to work but that could be me. The evening meal was good and served well.

De ontvangst in dit hotel was prima met een ruime receptie. Het is een groot hotel met veel gasten. De kamers zijn wel goed, schoon, beetje krap, maar alles was er en we hadden ook een prima bed.
