'The apartment was in the beautiful St Andrew’s chapel . The apartment was very spacious . It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. One bedroom is large and opens out onto the rest of the apartment . It has an en suite . The other bedroom is smaller . The other bathroom is on the first floor. There was a washer dryer . 'We loved The Chapter House at The Highland Club. The entire property is amazing, and very interesting. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax upstairs, downtairs and outside in the private courtyard of The Chapter House. We only stayed here 2 nights and had busy days so we were only able to enjoy the property for the evenings. We wish we would have had more time here just to relax and enjoy the property. "The hotel has a good location and decent rooms, but our stay was marred by several issues. Our shower was broken upon arrival, leaving us unable to shower for a full day. We had to build makeshift water barriers with towels to prevent flooding. Service at the front desk was poor. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and when we asked about it, staff falsely claimed we had declined housekeeping, which we hadn’t. The elevator smelled strongly of vomit throughout our visit and was never addressed. After the shower was finally repaired, no one informed us or followed up, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. The breakfast area often felt unclean — tables were sticky, and between 8:00 and 9:00 it got overcrowded quickly, with food items running out fast."
