'Beautiful getaway just a few hours drive from NYC. Close to hiking trails and outdoor activities, but also a good amount of restaurants/bars nearby. The host was very communicative and accommodating. The dome was the very clean and comfortable. The host also provided a small bottle of champagne and snacks which was a lovely touch. '

'Nice space, perfect soaking tub, two fire pits! Grill and pizza oven. We enjoyed peaceful star filled evenings. Quiet nights and baby deer running around in the mornings. Local goat sanctuary is a must for a hike with the goats. 'This charming little loft was the perfect escape. It was exactly as described — beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is incredibly peaceful yet still close to the highway and town. We loved making s’mores by the fire pit, and the hosts couldn’t have been nicer.'

'My family, husband and daughter, stayed her with two other families. The space was perfect for the amount of people we had. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had an issue with the hot water at one point and he was right on it with a plumber coming to the house and we had hot water within a couple of hours. The property is beautiful with lots to do on the lake with the supplied kayaks and boats. We would absolutely stay here again! One note though- we did bring a tv with us. ...

'Our stay was great even though it rained 3 days we were there the house is very cozy and if you open up all the blinds it’s like you’re still sitting outside! If you have a dog this is a perfect place to set them up with a long lead and let them hang outside with you or walk the property with them which our dog never got old of! Definitely will be staying here again in the fall. '

'Such a pretty spot! It’s rustic enough to make it feel like a true get-away. We booked this when rain interfered with camping plans. There is much to do within driving distance including fishing and hiking. We brought our pups who enjoyed the deck and yard. There were two other structures right there, so if the owner happens to rent those out too (unknown to me), then you’ll have neighbors. "Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. "
