'Het dekbed was naar ons idee nog ouder dan de kamer zelf, de geur was ook niet uit de kamer te krijgen. Er lag nog eten onder het bed van vorige gasten. Stof hing nog aan de muur en het koud water deed het niet. '

'We arrived in the middle of a storm Amy related power cut which had affected the whole region. The owners could not be more helpful and pulled out all the stops to get us an evening meal. A really nice place to stay. We took the scenic way there along the loch and the quick way to get back to the A82 - the Corran vehicle ferry runs every half an hour (or quicker) and takes 5 minutes to cross the loch. '

'Veel lawaai van het bovengelegen restaurant en dunna muren met omliggende kamers. Ligging is wel optimaal in het centrum van oban. Alleen jammer van het gebrek aan ramen en ventilatie; waardoor de co2 meter continu uitschiet tot 1500 ppm.'
