'Sadly, we had some issues with our stay. The room was very nice, but the staff was often not available at the front desk and lots of facilities were not available. The pool was being renovated. The fitness room was very limited (only 2 machines). The laundry services had been broken for multiple weeks and had not been fixed. Additionally, the surrounding area was not nice. Many stray dogs and closed stores.

'Unique old barracks turned into cabins. They are old but have so much character! Awesome location where you can sit outside and visit around a firepit. Don't expect luxury, that's not what it is, but it's clean, safe, quiet and one of a kind.'

We were picked up from the train station, they got us firewood so we could have a fire, more coffee whenever we asked.

'The room and the property were a dump! The ceiling fan wobbled when I turned it on. Fortunately, temps were a little brisk at night, so I didn't suffer that way. The headboard was falling apart. Part of the floor was sinking, and the bathtub had cigarette burns on the rim of it. I'd hate to see what they'd charge just for an average room!
On the good side, the bed was comfortable and I loved the old writing desk.'
