'Friendly staff'

'Breakfast was very minimal when I’m a huge breakfast eater. But the hotel was quiet, clean, so over all it was a nice stay. The only thing I’d suggest is better signs in the parking ramp, it was super confusing to figure out how we get into the hotel because none of the signs made sense.'

'The hotel was nice, a little confusing on parking for the hotel but we figured it out. The downfall was it was very noisy outside until all hours of the night'

'This was one of the best handicap hotel rooms I have ever been in, the bed was lowered, the bathroom was spacious, and it had a roll in shower. We stayed overnight and it was nice because it was connected by skyway to the Target Center and close to restaurants. The only recommendation I have is more options for the continental breakfast.'

'We stayed in a corner view room and it was amazing! We chose this hotel due to it being right across from the staples center, and target field as we saw a twins game on a whim. The walking access to a lot of downtown bars and restaurants is great as well. All in all 10/10'

'This hotel stay is a 10 of 10!! Brand new hotel in a repurposed school building from the 1930s! Open floor exposed concrete concept with beautiful new appliances. Near the Minneapolis convention center this is ideally located in downtown Minneapolis. The room size for price including full kitchen is a bargain! Definitely worth the stay!!'

'Top hotel. Mooi van buiten en van binnen. Frans Normandisch kasteel. Zeer aardige heer bij het inchecken. Ruime schone kamer, alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer goed ontbijt. Geen buffer, bestellen en het werd vers gemaakt. En echte verse jus dorange. In downtown. 15 minuten naar de mall of America en 40 naar daar waar wij voor kwamen, Paisley Park, de studio, woonruimte het alles van Prince. Waanzinnig was dat. Op loopafstand vh hotel een prachtige Prince mural en first avenue. Genoeg...

'Hotel is literally in the University of Minnesota campus so it was super convenient, rooms are spacious and clean and beds are very comfortable, the loony is very nice and they have free lemonade and popcorn and there is a chic filet and Starbucks right downstairs and a Dunkin across the street, I also tried their restaurant and liked it a lot, highly recommend for U of M parents'

'Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. '
