Naast ons nieuwe Château wilden we de Europese invloed uitbreiden naar onze 2 nieuwe panden aan het Lake Front. De Avalón Villa ligt naast Bellâ Casa ~ beide zijn nieuw verworven en worden lid van onze CutAboveCabins-familie. De Avalón Villa heeft 4 slaapkamers + slaapgedeeltes + 3 badkamers. De Great Room met gashaard opent naar de eetkamer en volledig ingerichte keuken met vaatwasser en 2 koelkasten. Drie niveaus bieden privacy en stellen groepen in staat deel te nemen aan meerdere activiteiten en ook aan gesprekken. Het huis wordt momenteel gerenoveerd om eind maart te openen. Geschikt voor maximaal 12 gasten in bedden. Groot dek. Gasgrill. HOT TUB. Geen extra kosten voor kajaks / kano's. Zwemmen gebied. Vis vlak bij het dok. Huur of breng je eigen boot mee. Grote groene ruimte op het meer. Vuurplaats en picknicktafels. Spelkamer. 2.000 sq. Ft. In een woonwijk aan Lake Logan. Privaat. Niet geïsoleerd.

Het basistarief voor The Avalón Villa is voor 4 personen. Extra volwassenen en kinderen zijn $ 33 / persoon / nacht. De maximale bezetting is 12 personen. (Maximaal 8 volwassenen) Extra gast tot het maximum draagt bij aan het nachttarief voor $ 33 per persoon, per nacht met een minimum van 2 nachten. Het opladen voor de grootte van de groep maakt het eerlijk en betaalbaar voor kleinere groepen. Kinderen van 2 jaar en jonger hoeven niet mee te tellen voor het aantal gasten. Bijvoorbeeld: Avalón Villa biedt plaats aan maximaal 12 gasten. Als je 8 gasten hebt, is het tarief $ 399 voor de eerste 4 en een extra $ 99 voor de 3 gasten voor een totaaltarief van $ 498 per nacht. De naam van alle gasten is verplicht op onze huurovereenkomst. U kunt uw aantal gasten updaten voordat u incheckt, maar zorg ervoor dat het juist is. Het aantal gasten wordt geverifieerd door het personeel. Zie onze beleidspagina voor boetes.

We hebben kajaks, kano's en mountainbikes die u kunt gebruiken. Je brengt je eigen zwemvesten, waterschoenen, helmen en andere veiligheidsuitrusting mee. U mag de apparatuur niet gebruiken zonder de juiste uitrusting.

Een verblijf van één nacht is mogelijk beschikbaar als er nog één nacht open is tussen andere reserveringen. Neem contact met ons op als dit niet beschikbaar is om te boeken. Beperkte gasten (om feesten te vermijden) op deze verblijven van één nacht. Let op ons beleid inzake partijen.

Cabin was great! Communication from owner was not friendly but contained all the information you need. Check out is 10 AM, even if the cabin is not rented after your stay. You can extend for $100/hour or an additional night’s rate.

Property was very nice. Large deck that looked out on Lake Logan. The setting and surrounding property was lovely, peaceful and quiet. Kayaks and bikes were available, although not a good area for bike riding. The house was very nice and up-to-date. We thought it was pricey but we were glad we stayed there.

I booked this beautiful property for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and family vacation. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. The cabin is very well appointed and carefully maintained, located on the shore of Scenic Lake Logan. The cabin itself is a lovely, easily accommodating our 5 guests. We were impressed by the cabin’s cleanliness and wonderfully outfitted kitchen, complete with all the utensils and appliances we could dream of. Cooking was a joy both inside and outside on the grill. The beds were so soft and comfortable and we enjoyed playing pool in the game room each night. The weather was quite hot in the upper 90s during our stay and were comfortable and cool inside, enjoying the AC. The property is located on scenic Lake Logan and we enjoyed swimming and kayaking from the shared sand beach. The Cabin team provides kayaks and canoes, and we had so much fun gliding across the lake. Evelyn is a joy to work with and helped us feel welcome right from the start! I needed a little help coordinating having a gift delivered to the cabin and she helped me have everything ready for my parents’ arrival. Hiking is near by and we enjoyed several scenic hikes, all within 20 mins drive from the cabin. If you’re looking for a family friendly getaway with all that nature has to offer, I would highly recommend the Avalon Villa and Cut Above Cabins.

We wanted a getaway weekend before the kids went back to school/college and it met our expectations. Very clean and well kept. Loved the large living space, large kitchen and 2 refrigerators. Watched the sunset in the backyard by the lake. Although it did rain, there was plenty to do with the game room, covered hot tub and covered deck. Definitely would book again!

My good friend and I get together with our children every year. This property was the perfect fit for our crew. The boys had a blast in staying in the basement. We enjoyed meals, swimming, kayaking, hikes under ten minutes away, a camp fire, movie nights, and the hot tub. We had an absolutely fabulous time and are looking forward to coming back soon! The property was as advertised. Communication was excellent.

This home was perfect for our annual family getaway. The property was absolutely lovely with the lake and kayaks available. The adults loved the jacuzzi while the layout had the perfect sleeping area for our grandchildren . And if the home, amenities and setting wasn’t enough the hiking in Hocking Hills was awesome!

Five Star. Second year in a row our entire family has stayed at this property. Outstanding host, fantastic view and amenities. Only 15-20 minutes from Hocking Hills State Park and all those activities. We Kayaked and hiked for four days. Roasted marshmallows couple of evenings and watched the stars and meteor shower.

This beautiful home and setting was great to look at, but not so great to live in. Place advertised two refrigerators. when we arrived, one was unplugged, so we plugged it in and waited for it to cool. it never did. We ended up with thawed meat and had to use our largest cooler for beverages. Not an ideal situation with the high temps outside… Second issue was a gas detector which kept going off. We were eventually told it was faulty and should have been removed from the property. Third situation was the patio door handle which came apart. Luckily the guys had proper tool to put it back together. Biggest disappointment was the water pressure. At times there was barely a trickle. We were careful to not run dishwasher or washer when someone wanted a shower, but the upstairs bathroom shower was still useless despite our precautions.

Awesome location. Minutes drive from Hocking Hill State Park and all its associated attractions. Close to a Walmart superstore to purchase groceries an incidentals, Having the kayaks was wonderful. Fun fishing off the back yard and just a lovely view. After miles of hiking the hot tub was a blessing Very comfortable for 3 couples.

My family had the opportunity to stay at Avalon Villa for a long weekend and we had the most amazing stay. There was a total of six of us and there was more than enough space. The kitchen was fully equipped, there were plenty of gathering spaces but inside and out. Bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The house was very clean. My favorite part was the outstanding views of Lake Logan. The house is just minutes away from the state park and tons of hiking opportunities. The property also has access to multiple outdoor activities such as kayaks, canoe, mountain bikes, corn hole and more. Evelyn and team are super responsive and easy to work with. The hot tub was going to be out of commission during the stay and they contacted early to inform and offered a discount or full refund. I am certainly glad we chose to stay and will be returning in the future. Cut Above Cabins - Thank you for sharing your awesome lake front property with my family, we made great memories!

The house was not only beautiful, it was homey, comfy, well equipped and situated on the bank of Lake Logan. We cooked a full Easter dinner in the large, well equipped kitchen and ate outside on the spacious deck over looking the lake. The bedrooms, and the beds, are large and comfortable. We had 7 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable. The kids had an Easter egg hunt inside and out!!

The views over the lake just take your breath away. The views alone are worth staying here, but on top of that, having access to kayaks and canoes, being a short distance to all the Hocking Hills famous hikes, having game tables and a hot tub, plus plenty of room for our group of 10 made it outstanding! The management team has thought of so many extras to make your stay perfect. They have firewood close by for you to purchase, yard games like Jenga, croquet and bocce to play, and they have plenty of adult life jackets for the kayaks and canoes all at the ready. They also have adult mountain bikes. Be sure to bring child life jackets and bike helmets if you want to use these items. One thing I didn’t notice that may help you is they have a drip coffee maker versus a keurig, and they provide filters, so just pack your coffee! There are a ton of pillows and blankets available so you can choose your favorite, and they have a pack n play and high chair if you need it too. I didn’t use these, but I thought it was nice of them to have for those with babies. Communication with Evelyn was outstanding. She was very quick to reply to any message I sent and was very proactive in getting us the information we needed! Would stay here again!

Really nice cabin! Beautiful views! Rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable! The kitchen is appointed sufficiently. The air hockey table is due to be replaced. Very nice quiet location!
