** We zullen een outdoor propaan vuurplaats met zitplaatsen voor 8-12 toevoegen voor volgend seizoen. Ik wil je gewoon nog een gezellige, leuke ontmoetingsplaats geven! Deze woning draait helemaal om familie! Het is aangelegd om comfortabel grote groepen te huisvesten en ze zowel kleine privéruimtes als grotere vergaderruimtes te geven. Alle 3 niveaus bieden een ononderbroken uitzicht op het meer, zodat je altijd het gevoel hebt dat je aan het meer bent, zelfs wanneer je ontspant of rondhangt in het huis. Er is veel zorg besteed zodat u van uw verblijf kunt genieten zonder u zorgen te maken over iets anders dan een geweldige tijd hebben. De woning is voorzien van een volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasruimte en barbecue. U zult ook genieten van voorzieningen zoals fietsen, HD satelliet-tv's, PS4-gameconsole, gratis wifi, wandel / hardloop / fietspad en nabijgelegen attracties; park, vijver, winkels en restaurants. ** Net geïnstalleerd verduisterende tinten in alle slaapkamers en tv-kamer. Great place for a family reunion!

This house was exactly what we needed! Our large group comfortably fit in all the rooms and the kitchen was perfect for meals/games/hang out area. There was also plenty of room to park our cars and one RV. RJ was very quick to respond to texts/calls and easy to work with when some minor problems came up. Our only complaint is the beds were a little hard. I would highly recommend booking this house if you are looking for a relaxing stay, lots of space and a gracious host.

Great Vacation House!

My family consisting of 23 people ranging from 4 to 67 had a wonderful time at this property in Garden City. The home is beautiful with a wonderful view of Bear Lake from the front porch to the windows in the kitchen and bedrooms. So many beds!! Our grandchildren loved the downstairs room with a ton of bunkbeds and a ping pong table along with a spacious room for hanging out and playing their electronic games on the large TV. There is also three sets of bunkbeds upstairs along with four more beds and lots of space. Every bedroom was large enough for a couple to stay in and had plenty of room for luggage etc. The master bedroom is especially large with a bathroom that had plenty of drawer space to unpack all our toiletries plus more. There are bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths in every bathroom., and plenty more in storage to use. The kitchen is stocked well and we had everything we needed. It was nice to have several full sets of dishes to use along with silverware and glasses. The double oven was wonderful for the busy morning breakfasts. There is a big pantry in the kitchen also with plenty of room to unpack food into. The best thing about the kitchen are the four tables to eat at, so much room for our entire family to gather there. Plenty of room for crafting etc. The outdoor propane firepit was a total hit! No smoky smell, and the outdoor playground was a big hit for the grandkids. We put a slip and slide on the slope on the side of the property and had so much fun! There is plenty of room in the front and back yards to play and run, we even had a water fight! Also, plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. RJ was an amazing host, always answering questions promptly and very helpful. We have been renting VRBO for ten years now for our family reunion and RJ was the best host we have ever rented from. I would definitely use this home again!

Super fun! Super location!

We had a family reunion. The location was perfect for Raspberry days and both marina and beach locations. There was plenty of room to sleep, eat, play games and have s’mores. The house was fully stocked with plenty of dishes for our group of 28. The owner was always able to be reached and gave us ample information to make our stay wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the fire pit was gas and that there were two small kayaks that the grandchildren loved to play on at the lake. Communication with RJ was great!

This property is perfect for a family reunion! The owners have thought of everything. So many bath towels, night lights and plenty of seating for meals. Our stay was wonderful! RJ was very friendly and accommodating. We had plenty of space to hang out and enjoy our time. We had a great time around the fire pit and playing games in the kitchen with the amount of seating and table space. The kids loved the game room and the teens hung out in the living and family room. Only some rooms have ac, but we knew that going in. The first night was a little warm because we didn't get there early enough to open up the windows and blow cool air in, but the second and third night were a lot more tolerable. The price and space made the temperature a non issue. We had a lovely time!
