'Pathetic way to handle customers. Amusement and Water park charges, way of handling customers and hospitality expecially at the reception was pathetic. Untrained recption staff, unconventional resaoning and overpriced speciall for kids. Need loads of improvements. '

'We had an amazing family stay at this retreat set in a lush 3-acre garden with a serene fish pond. The big swimming pool was the highlight—both children and adults enjoyed it thoroughly, along with the loungers, mobile bar, and outdoor shower. 'The workers are doing their utmost to let you feel comfortable, but the building is in a very pover condition. Toilet and shower don’t work well. It seems like since the building was opened they never more renewed it. It’s very said to see. Many things looks beautifully in picture but in reality its not. But this count for more places in India. Most of the people are proud to welcome you but this is not a place I’ll return for fun. It needs to be exclusively a business trip to be back. '

'Do not be misled by the pictures. The location and surroundings are unsafe, especially for women travelling alone. The rooms are poorly maintained, unhygienic, and there is hardly any staff support. Even at the reception, the attitude is unwelcoming, which sets the tone for the rest of the stay. This place is definitely not suitable for solo female travellers and can turn into a very uncomfortable experience. This hotel is right in front of the slum. No street lights very unsafe to walk around....

'We arrive say this Hotel after flying all night from Manila. The surrounding areas weee dirty . Furthermore they said that they don’t have any confirmation from expedia so they had no room for us . Not sure who screwed this up but overall a very lousy experience. I didn't get to see the-rooms so I really can’t comment on the hotel quality. When i spoke with the hotel yhey said they don’t deal with Expedia . '
