It features a 300 m² private enclosed garden with a south-facing terrace and a vast natural area surrounding the gîte. Salt-water swimming pool heated from mid-May to mid-September (shared with the owners, dimensions 10x5m).
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen (wood stove), TV lounge, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), bathroom/WC with disabled access.
Upstairs: 1 large bedroom (4 90x190 beds, 2 of which can be joined), bathroom/WC.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, baby equipment (crib, bathtub, and high chair).
Included: sheets (beds made), electricity, and aerothermal heating (underfloor heating).
Not included: wood (stove - €10/crate of wood), towels (€5/person), and cleaning fee (mandatory for business customers - €90).
