Cozy apartment with a balcony inside a new residential complex with a swimming pool, surrounded by nature, in Lonato del Garda.

This modern apartment, located on the second floor and reachable on foot, opens onto a bright living room enriched by wooden beams and furnished with a single sofa bed, a dining table with chairs and an open-plan kitchen with an induction hob, well equipped and complete with a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a juicer, an American coffee machine and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, each equipped with a queen size bed, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. In addition, from the two rooms, through French windows, guests can access the large terrace (accessible also from the living room) shared with the adjacent apartment, which offers a wonderful lake view.

Comfort as free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating with heat pump are at guests’ disposal.

Externally, the property enjoys a large lush communal garden with swimming pool, as well as a large terrace on the ground floor with spectacular views of Lake Garda where guests can relax on the deck chairs and enjoy the Mediterranean beauty.

*At guests' disposal there is an outdoor private parking place inside the residential complex.
The swimming pool can be used from the 1st of May to the 30th of September with the following times: 9am - 12pm and 3pm - 7pm.

Basic condiments such as oil, salt, pepper and sugar are not present in the accommodation for hygienic reasons.

*The residence is located in the countryside, and a dirt road must be traveled to reach it.

*We inform kind guests that there may be free dogs around, ready to welcome you with their cheerfulness and sweetness. Don't worry, they are friendly and well-behaved.

*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.

Pets are welcome, at an extra charge of €5 per pet per day.

The ancient village of Lonato develops around the Rocca castle, and boasts a very complex historical past. The old town is worth a visit thanks also to the presence of its two castles: La Rocca, behind the town, and the Castello di Drugolo. The Cathedral of Lonato, dedicated to St. John the Baptist, is characterized by a large dome and a beautiful marble facade. Lonato also offers a small beach that local citizens call "Lido di Lonato", with bars and restaurants, pedal boats and canoes for hire. If the weather allows, tourists will be welcomed into the La Quiete Water Park, where fun will be guaranteed by the attractions and relaxation by the spas. The city of Lonato hosts in the Castle an exhibition about flowers and the famous Agricultural Fair which every year attracts tourists from all over the world.

Verona airport is reachable with a 35-minute drive.
