Vriendelijke en hulpvaardige bediening: goede service! Goede schone kamers. Gunstig gelegen ten aanzien van de metro, bussen en treinen.

De locatie van dit hotel is perfect, vlakbij Euston en op loopafstand van St Pancras. Kamer is prima van formaat. Bedden zijn goed. Enige nadeel is de badkamer: dat is echt een natte cel waardoor je een waterballet hebt in de gehele ruimte.

Het hotel is een kleine 10 minuten lopen vanaf St. Pancras en ligt op loopafstand van 3 metrostations. Hotel is netjes, ontbijt prima. Personeel aan de receptie erg vriendelijk, in de ontbijtzaal/de bar beleefd maar niet hartelijk. De kamer is niet groot maar goed te doen voor een paar nachten.

Knus hotel, vriendelijke personeel. Kamer was iets klein. Je kan spullen niet goed kwijt. Badkamer ziet er goed uit. Hygiene is TOP. Hotel is dichtbij een station en een supermarkt is stukje lopen.

Super locatie maar te duur voor wat je krijgt
Er lagen veel haren op en rond het bed die niet van ons waren. De kamer en vooral de badkamer waren heel erg klein en er was veel lawaai in de kamer van de drukke weg waaraan het hotel grenst. Het ontbijt en eten waren erg lekker en het personeel was vriendelijk, het bed lag comfortabel maar alsnog vond ik het hotel te duur voor wat je kreeg.

A very well situated hotel for transport when visiting london. It is literally 3-4 mins walk from Euston Station and about 12-15 mins walk from Kings Cross / St Pancress station. There are also plenty of busses running from outside Euston station. Dining at the hotel is good and reasonably priced. Good Staff and nice service.

I paid in advance for the room and it was not stated that any further deposit needed to be paid. However a £50 deposit was demanded when I checked in. As I had booked and paid in advance I declined to pay this - they said I had agreed to it showing me the check in slip that they had given me to sign but I had not signed it yet. So they had to give me a room but it was a tiny, tiny room and the man at the desk very haughtily advised me that I would have to pay for drinks and food as I went along as I had not put down a deposit - very condescending as I was only staying one night and didn't need to get food/drink from the hotel! To add to this the fire alarm went off at 2.49am - not for long but still woke me up. So not the place to stay for a good nights rest - I certainly would not stay there again.

Dear Bella,Thank you for your honest review.In regards to the 50 deposit its a costumery procedure adopted by most hotels in london and worldwide, its used to cover for any extras or incidentals that you might have during your stay.In regards to your room size, unfortunately a single room was booked, all our single rooms are the same size as specified in our website.Thankfully he fire alarm on that day was a false alarm but we are glad to know if was a real situation it would have served its purpose of waking-up and warning people to leave the building.

Last minute booking, as needed to be close to St. Pancras for the Eurostar. Friendly staff, but aside from that, this is an over-priced hotel that is in need of an upgrade. Had 2 single beds, as was travelling with my daughter, but the duvets on the beds were for double beds and very thick. The beds were ok, but the pillows were old and very thin. Could not control the heat from the towel rail in the bathroom - it was very hot and heated up the rest of the room so much that we had to turn on the noisy aircon. I don't mind wet shower rooms, but you then need to make sure that the drain is efficient or there is a small ledge to stop the water running everywhere - unfortunately they had neither, so the entire floor of the bathroom was flooded. Also the fan in the bathroom didn't appear to work, so the mist from the shower took ages to go. Not impressed at all.

Leider gab es einige Punkte, die nicht so angenehm waren, wie zum Beispiel die doppelte Abbuchung des Hotelbetrags. Der zweite Betrag, der als Kaution gedacht war und 50 Pfund betragen sollte, belief sich plötzlich auf 650 Pfund. Die Kaution erhielt ich erst nach langen 14 Tagen zurück. Die Lage war hervorragend und das Zimmer solide, jedoch wäre eine Renovierung mit neuen Sanitäranlagen ratsam, um Überschwemmungen im Badezimmer nach dem Duschen zu vermeiden. Der Service war in Ordnung bis gut, jedoch konnten sie uns erst ab 15 Uhr ein Zimmer beim Check-in zur Verfügung stellen, was heute nicht mehr die Norm ist. Das Personal war nett, aber nicht herausragend. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass das Hotel mehr durch seine Lage als durch seine Qualität beeindruckt. Es bleibt weiterhin eine Herausforderung, in London ein sehr gutes Hotel zu einem nicht völlig überzogenen Preis zu finden. Trotz dieser Punkte würden wir das Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit den genannten Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Great location, one major flaw in the design
Great location. Room is small but fine. The bathroom design is terrible: when you take a shower it floods the entire bathroom and the water then doesn’t drain away. There is no shelf space in the bathroom so you can pile on your towel and clothes on the toilet seat so they stay dry. Also there is no laundry service, contrarily to what was advertised on hotels.com.

Close to Euston Station; close to restaurants like Pret and Pizza Express; quiet room; the cleaning staff was quite remarkable and kept the room in perfectly; only small issue was the individual who identified himself as the assistant manager on check-in - he gave us the impression he was doing us a favor letting us stay there.

No complaints.
Used hotel as location convenient to Euston railway station and going to the theatre. Travelled down from Stockport for overnight stay using their restaurant for meal before the show ( restaurant opens 5.30 pm ) & for breakfast the following morning. No complaints with our stay as it served the purpose required.

Would not stay again
Booked this hotel as had a day planned in London and wanted one near to a tube sdtation, quite central. Location was good. Staff were friendly. The rest of it was awful really, the nosiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The noise from the lifts kept waking me uo throughout the night and if im honest have never had such a poor nights sleep at hotel. Would not consider it to be a 4 star hotel, i have had better nights stay in a premieer inn or travel lodge. The bathrooms are strange too. If you haave a shower, its a wet room so the whole floor floods with water. So if you later need a toilet the floor is all wet by the toilet. I mentioned the noise upon check out, the staff said immediately asking if it was the lifts. So am sure that i am not the first person to complain. They did ask why i didnt call down to change rooms. But after being unpacked, in my pyjamas and getting back at nearly midnight and being half asleep it seemed pointless to do so. I alao assumed that it was that bad, the hotel must have been full up for the hotel to be knowingly letting these rooms so close to the lift. Must have been woken up about 6-7 times, and there was absolutely no chance of a lay in beyond 6am as its just become noiser and more constant. They did provide a free breakfast, which was kind bit would rather have had a full nights uninterrupted sleep as was exhausted and tired the following day.
